Loved the design of this case. Seems to really keep the dust out especially the speaker which is a huge bonus as the speaker can get nasty. You are still able to hear when watching videos and what not. The price was great. Loved that it also came with a privacy screen although I have not tried that one out yet. Seems super durable. Lovely case for your 15 Pro Max. Fits Well. It’s Well made. Every now and then I have to take out some lint that wedged between the actual backing of the phone and case . But I have not have to do it for the front. Hmmm. But anyways, Not a biggie one bit . As on and off with the case to get the lint out every blue moon is easy enough. Something ever happens to this case I will be getting another. I had got the blue since it matches the same blue that’s on the IPhone 15 Pro Max well. There is Not good enough things to say about this case. So order yours already ;-) ... show more

I like the case, it is less bulky than my previous one and easy to get phone in/out. However, the standard screen came with several "scuff" marks on it that do not wipe off (hence the 2 star deduction). The marks do not interfere with viewing, but when the screen is off they are definitely noticeable. My brand new, out of the box screen looks like I've been toting it around in my backpack for months. I'm not returning it mainly because I don't want the hassle and if I can overcome my OCD when the screen is off, it is a good case. Touch screen, face recognition, buttons all work fine. I will mention the charging port is a bit awkward to use with the cover, but still accessible. Update: Adding a star for customer service. Vendor reached out to make sure I was happy. I received a new case that was free of marks. This is still a good case and I am impressed by the quick response from the vendor right after my review posted. Based on the customer service I received and that the new case being the quality you would expect, I would buy from this vendor again. ... show more

Love this case for my iPhone 15 Pro. Fits so well and completely protects the entire phone. It’s lightweight, sparkly and won’t slip out of your hands. You have a choice between a clear or a privacy screen. The stickers and a thank you note was a nice touch! Highly recommend this case!!

Summary: There are two front screens included: clear and tinted. Pick one and don't try to stack both. Ensure that all plastic film is removed from both sides of the front and back. Remove these one by one as you go and don't pull all film off at once, especially the inner film - wait until the second you're ready to snap your phone in to remove film. Continuously pump air in with a rubber squeeze puffer while doing this to minimize dust. I had been using a Miracase for years with no issues other than they do not have a privacy screen version (I suggested to them that they make one), and putting a stick-on privacy screen on the front made it difficult to interact with the phone, as well as air bubbles that never went away. That combo also gave the swirled-oil rainbow on the asphalt at a gas station look. So I was stoked when I found this TIESZEN one but a bit hesitant as most of the good reviews look fake. I also ordered a CENHUFO case that looks about the same as this and Miracase but doesn't have the magnetic bit on the back. The reviews there mention the front element cracks during install, and I couldn't get the case apart without what I predicted would be enough force to break it, so I went straight to the TIESZEN. I read all the reviews here before opening the box so I had an idea of what I was getting into. First, the case was easy to separate (like the Miracase) and at no point did I think I would break it in the process. The confusing part was that it came with two front covers, one pre-attached to the back and one not. Based on the illustration on the first image on this page, it looked like I was supposed to put the privacy cover in between the clear cover and my phone. This didn't make sense as the two are identical other than the tint, and do not stack. Then I looked at the instruction card and it only showed one cover in the illustrations. Then it dawned on me: they're giving us two covers, one clear and one tinted, that you can swap back and forth if you want, but can't be installed together. After I realized this, installation was easy. I used their wet & dry wipes to wipe everything down, then, while simultaneously using a silicone squeeze air blaster, I snapped the phone into the front, then repeated that method for the back. The result with the tinted screen? Crystal clear straight on. I can't even tell that it's on. From the side, the phone almost looks like it's powered off. Only the big, bold white letters of the lock screen clock can i kind of make out, and when I turn down the brightness to 50% or less the screen looks black from the side. For those of you experiencing rainbows or blur, check that you got all the protective plastic off. It's on both sides of the front and back, and the front will certainly be distorted if you didn't remove the internal protective plastic. Also, and I don't know if this is even possible, do not attempt to stack the two protective screens. The screen will be blurry and it will be hard to interact with your phone. So that's it! Only time will tell how durable it is, and I'll update this review if needed. But even if I drop it and the front protector cracks but my screen doesn't I'd call it a win, it did its job. And I know I can just put on the included clear screen until I can order another. ... show more

Day two of using this case I noticed a small crack on the screen and when I went to remove the case to inspect my phone, the screen cracked more. I have not dropped my phone or slammed it down as this is a brand new phone, so I’m babying it. I was not successful finding the sellers contact information when trying to get a replacement using the lifetime warranty. If the screen cracked so easily with out being dropped or slammed, how much protection can this case have for a phone? On the positive side for this case, I love the Color and the feel. I also love that the phone is completely incased so it keeps it clean. I just wish the privacy screen was more durable. ... show more
