I received this product in a timely manner and it is of good quality and looks just the way I had expected. It is very nice. However, I was not aware that there would be a shipping charge on this item and the charge was 50% of the cost of the item. That did not make me happy. I contacted their customer service and they just pretty much said they are not part of PRIME shipping. My baby was nominated for his middle school homecoming as a 6th grade representative. Their colors are gold and black. I was so excited that the bow tie fit him. He isn’t an average 12 year old. But it was perfect. Will be purchasing other colors.
