Bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift, it broke the same day she opened it. Contacted the seller, they immediately sent a replacement and we sent the broken one back. Received the replacement on Thursday, my daughter wore it today while shopping and between stores and home my daughter noticed it was gone. She was super disappointed, that’s an entire gift gone because we can’t even get a refund since we don’t have it to sent back. This is the second one I’ve received.. the first one was good but when locked in was a but loose on my wrist, one if the links snapped off a charm in no time and decided id gave it replaced but this time lock in the collapse closer on a ring, to make it tighter.
