Great collector's cookbook for fans of the Princess and the Frog. I love that it has pre-cooking preparation guidelines, beautiful illustrations, nice food pictures that make me want to eat the page. I admit I'm a big fan of Disney's The Princess and the Frog. Love Tiana and her love and motivation for cooking; a legacy to follow, family, and friends. I relate to her and am also a big fan of cooking, international cuisines and bold flavors. This book arrived in perfect condition and I'm very pleased with all the recipes. At home we vary our diets where sometimes we detox and it's still easy to pick recipes from here that can be made vegan or gluten free. ... show more

The book is smaller than what I thought it would be. It’s a hardback book. I love hard that books. It lists all your contents and breaks down every category from breakfast lunch dinner, sides, snacks, beverages, sweets. It also has nifty helpful tips. They talk about measuring ingredients, cleaning, prepping, and even safety. That’s important for everyone to know . It even and have a glossary and it even gives you a description of every food item. It describes the length the texture which I thought was very neat. It’s helpful for people to see and see within the cookbook and decide if this is something that they would want to buy there’s also an index I bought this book as a souvenir I’m a Disney fan I would have preferred with Tiana being in New Orleans to have more New Orleans favorites like shrimp, creole crawfish, étouffée fried crawfish I was looking for more of those recipes. But the book is OK ... show more

    • Such a sweet cookbook
We make the gumbo recipe at least once a month. It is a whole family event in the kitchen. Tiana is so inspiring and we love watching the movie and making these recipes. I’m looking forward to trying to make the Alligator cake.
