There are many various scents that can be used with this diffuser. Just pour the scented oil into the bottle, insert the wooden sticks which absorb the oils and the scent is diffused for weeks. Love it.

I love this scent, it’s not over bearing and I use it in the summer as well as the winter. I use more in the winter I will say due to seasonal likes, in the summer it seems to absorb odors? Not really sure about that part, but it seems to eliminate funky smells And has a lighter scent. This manufacturer is the best one yet for pine scent, I just wish they made it in larger sizes, and that their candles were cushioned better, because I also got them, but they were broken when I receive them… The pine sent though was phenomenal despite the mess of glass. I’m going to try and order more this upcoming winter and hope they do not break, the design is beautiful as well as the scent. ... show more

The good: First, it arrived the very first day of the estimated arrival window. Nice. Second, it was packaged well, but not excessively. Third, to my pleasant surprise, it DID contain a bottle of Thymes Frasier Fir--something NOT noted in the product description, thus making the product seem more expensive than it is. I've had another Thymes glass reed diffuser elsewhere for 2-3 years and have never had to turn the reeds, and I only add more defuser oil one or twice a year. I find the scent noticeable but not overpower every time I go into that bathroom. It also leaves a very pleasant, subtle--almost nameless--scent to the rest of my house, as if you've simply come into a clean and relaxing home in the woods. The very subjective, not-to good (and why one star is deducted). In the photo, I liked the very simple design of the bottle and found the off-white relaxing and the pale reeds (instead of dark brown or black) keeping with the fresh, airy feel. Because of the light, warm brown on the box, I thought it was that brown that color trimmed the top of the bottle, and that it went well with the almost-bark-on-a-tree-trunk texture of the bottle. Well, the trim is not a warm brown, it is metallic gold. I really didn't want gold in my bathroom and all the metal is either chrome or brushed nickle. I fine the idea of the brown much more woodsy and yet sophisticated enough given the shape and texture of the bottle for town or country. The gold adds a bit of pretension -- my taste -- that I wasn't looking for. However, I decided to keep it as a Christmas present for myself, and am already enjoying the scent wafting out of my bathroom into my bedroom. Very relaxing. I expect it may help me sleep. ☺️ ... show more

'Love the balsam smell! It dosn't fade. When you want to refresh just turn the sticks around to set off a new wave of smells. Not just for Xmas.
