  • Best honey I’ve ever tasted
Color: Irini
This thyme honey has a very subtle, exquisite flavor that doesn’t make you gag like most of the honey you find at the grocery store. I put it in my matcha tea, and gives it the perfect flavor. Another plus is thyme honey was found in a study to decrease liver damage, among other things.

  • Excellent smooth flavor

After seeing a documentary on the blue zones talking about honey I searched for and found this one. At first, I was taken back by the price, hence the 4 stars for value but it is the best honey I have ever tasted. It is hard to articulate but it doesn't hit the taste buds with the overpowering sweet sugar taste like most honey's. We have a lot of honey growing farmers around us and their honey is good but this one is in a class all its own. Definitely recommend. ... show more

Most excellent! Long-lasting, even though it's pricey.

  • Deliciously smooth

I’m a big proponent of Manuka honey, but in doing research, I found that Greek honey is even higher quality than Manuka. I was not disappointed. The price is a bit high, but other than that, I loved it.

This is Superb honey, without a doubt...the best I've had since I bought some from a local bee keeper in a NYC farmer's market........If you can afford it.

This is honey for the adult connoisseur. It's not as sweet, creamy and up-front delicious as many honeys (which I also love to eat!). Plus, it's almost medicinal, in a completely good way. For me, the best way to eat this is on its own, straight up, in small doses. It's very good stuff.
