I actually purchased two color waves, unfortunately the sizing is a bit off for my flat feet..I decided to keep the 91/2 and return the 9... I had no problem with the return or the refund process..Furthermore I would say the product is as described and resembles the picture. These are really cute, and they weren't expensive, so my complaint should be taken with that in mind. You get what you pay for here, the faux leather is obviously faux. The straps arent very durable and the pleather is peeling off after a month of wear. That said, I wore them a lot in the month, and I am somewhat hard on shoes, walking the dogs at the park, and then all day at work, so they have some hours on them. I just think they looked cheap, and they didn't last, so again, I can't be too upset when I paid $17.00 for them! ... show more

These shoes fit length wise but the straps around the ankles do not fit tightly enough..and I'm a plus size gal, so it's not like I have skinny ankles lol the "swashing" sound it makes when I walk is terrible.

I often find some sandals of this style to be too tight but these are loose and comfortable! I can slip them off without unbuckling them which I love. Great value!!
