This set includes a red nonslip platform, two (2) patented freestyle risers, and streaming videos to create the foundation of any workout program. The original circuit-size platform features one (1) stepping surface (28.5" L x 14.5" W x 4" H) and two (2) freestyle risers (14.5" L x 9.5" W x 2" H). These sturdy risers can be used on any type of indoor flooring from carpet to concrete to hardwood without leaving behind scratches. The patented freestyle risers add variety to your workout with multiple slanted positions perfect for adding intensity to push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, and more. Burn more calories the higher you step with 4" and 6" platform height options. The Step platform and risers are made with four nonskid feet to prevent sliding or moving during exercise. Both the platform and rises also feature a resistance band notch, which safely holds an optional resistance band in place.

I did not want to invest in costly equipment, especially since I am unsure I'd be able to use it. I am an obese senior with a balance disorder and have not exercised in years. So when I read a few comments about lack of sturdiness on this and other step platforms, I was hesitant to purchase. But I need to start somewhere. It turns out that this platform is sturdy and easily holds my 235 pounds body weight. Of course, I don't run and jump on it or do fancy exercises as I've seen some young athletic types do on YouTube. Good product, sturdy solid plastic. I was hoping buying 2 would get me closer to 15/16” but it is only 12”. Can’t find the black risers by themselves to not keep having to buy the set.

This aerobic step platform is just exactly as described & just what I wanted for aerobic exercise. With the two extension levels (4 pieces), I can use it just as it is, or raise it one or two levels higher. It is very steady and sturdy. Good price. Good product.

Received the step with all parts and in brand new condition. Easily put it together without difficulty. The step is wide enough to complete a workout comfortably (I wear a size 8 in women’s shoes). It’s easy to store. The addition of online streaming workout videos is also nice (but I haven’t tried them so I can’t speak to the quality or content of those videos). However, I’m well below the weight limit and there seems to be a bit too much give when I step in the center of the step. I’m not sure how long it will last. In fact the safety instructions indicate that the top mat will tear with heavy use? Daily workouts considered heavy use? Also, as other users have indicated the risers don’t really lock in and moving the step requires reassembling it, which isn’t really a deal breaker but it would be nice if the pieces stayed in place. So, three stars for now and I will update for better or worse as time goes by. Not sure if would purchase this step again. ... show more

Recently purchased this because I wanted to mix up my in-home workouts. What caught my eye for this product was the price. To my surprised, this bad boy is actual very sturdy, it reminds me of the same ones at the gym. It’s very lightweight so easy to tote to/from where I workout during the day. The plus side for any moms who has toddlers, this can also double as a “boat” if you flip it upside down or a bridge for monster trucks/cars so it’s a win-win.
