These used to be my absolute favorite purses, but something has changed. The strap feels more plasticky and the leather is not quite as soft. I questioned the company about this and they assured me that nothing has changed. But, I have owned enough of these purses to know that something is definitely different, especially the strap, and it's not for the better.
