Well made, rugged, thick, precision stitching and heavy duty! The quality of this bag reminded me of the difference between a luxury handbag vs a cheap replica. This should be the "luxury" tool bag brand! I initially chose this bag for the color, as my husband has a classic car that is an olive green tone, and you know how wives can be when it comes to matching things. He has wanted a small tool bag for his car to carry when he does car shows, etc., as a 1968 car can sometimes surprise you by not cranking or needing a minor adjustment to run well. He wanted something rugged enough for basic tools and jumper cables to carry in the car, but small enough that it doesn't take up much space, and it isn't like he's going to go shopping himself, so I ordered this one. We are both extremely happy with this! Though small, it has plenty of pockets for various tools and room inside for jumper cables and I'm happy that it looks like it belongs with his car.     • Extremely nice and heavy-duty bag!
I got this bag for my husband who was complaining that he had no place to keep all the electrical tools together so he doesn't have to search for them each time he needs them. He said he didn't want a bag but a tool BOX. We argued the merits of each and I got this (my logic always gets him in the end--this time it was the fact that boxes take up more space, cannot be washed, are heavier to carry and can't be folded and stored when not in use). He was reluctant to give in, but now that he has this, he loves it. (Naturally.) Not only does he have a place for everything he normally uses, but he has extra pockets and he can't find enough stuff to even fill them all! Best of all, this bag is incredibly tough and durable! The fabric is super heavy-duty and the stitching is fantastic! I'm thinking this is going to last a very long time--even being used by my husband (he can break things just by looking at them the wrong way). The Ryker Bag 14-Inch Tool Bag Organizer Small Tool Bag certainly does the job. The description wasn’t kidding. There are lots of pockets for multiple uses. Some pockets have Velcro tab flaps. Others are divided to help hold tools such as screw drivers upright. There are both flat-bottoms and boxed-bottom pockets. All 4 bag sides, inside and out, are fitted with these pockets of various sizes. The fabric is heavy, tightly woven and coated on the back side with waterproofing. All seams are enclosed. The zippered top is supported with a frame to hold the bag open when needed. The short side handles can be strapped together with the attached hand wrap. There is also a long strap with shoulder pad. This Ryker bag is a design perfect for the shop, DIY, or even a household ‘fix-it’ kit. It is very spacious and quite sturdy. I’m very pleased. ... show more

    • Wow. Very rugged bag.
I can't imagine how a tool bag could get any better than this one. It's very rugged, the fabric is thick and the stitching is very strong. This will hold up through a lot of use and abuse. Pockets everywhere, various sizes, inside and out. Great double zipper, it opens like a satchel, wire frame around the top. The clips on the strap and the loops they connect to are metal, not plastic. I like having the feet on the bottom, because invariably it will get put down somewhere where there is oil or paint or water at some point. We've got tools in various places around the house -- the junk drawer, laundry room, patio, basement, garage -- and I got this so I could keep everything all together and not have to go looking for whatever it is I need at the moment (I guess things got scattered over the years). We have many tools, for all sorts of tasks on our agricultural operation. I like to keep things organized in "grab and go" tool bags and tool chests. This bag is a little smaller than some, but perfect for certain tools. The pockets will help keep individual items easy to locate. The top zipper to close the main compartment is heavy duty, and there is a detachable shoulder strap. The fabric is tough and everything is sewn well. It might be good to get it filled before my wife uses it for her gardening tools, or one of my daughters realizes it would be great for her collection of essential tools. Ryker bags like this would be a wonderful gift for a man or woman who likes to keep tools together in an organized fashion and I highly recommend it. ... show more

This arrived quickly and looks like the pictures shown. Things I notice about it: - It has an excellent zipper (large toothed, metal, looks unlikely to be caught on things) - Decent stitching that looks like it will hold up well over time - Good, portable size - Fabric material feels solid and durable - Nice variety of outside pockets. I won't use all of them for the tools and projects I do, but the variety means that this tool bag is functional for a lot of different types of projects/tools Overall, you can see they put a good amount of thought into the designs and features for people who actually use tool bags. ... show more

I was just looking around for a smaller toolbags like this. It's perfect for just a handful of tools and parts. Loose parts as well because this has so many open pockets to keep things separated. The overall manufacturing looks nice. Materials feel good and I had forgotten how convenient having a shoulder strap can be. The bag carries fine without having to close it as well. Which I hardly ever do when just taking care of a small job. I used it this past weekend to gather some tools from my large box and was able to easily carry a ladder. I hate having to walk back and forth for tools so this bag reminded me and I'll keep this one empty and handy for my next project--instead of filling it with tools I won't need for a month. ... show more
