Easy to use and it really works. For a person who tosses and turns all night, the sheets come off the corners a lot. But who wants to get into that bed again the next night or completely re-make the bed again every day? This band was very easy to install, unlike other clips I have tried. My hubby tosses and turns A LOT!! We have a mattress and a mattress topper so getting the mattress cover to stay on both was a struggle. I had ordered and used the corner clip things in the past. Those work relatively well, although after a couple of nights, the cover still managed to work its way off of one corner or another and I have to try raising the heavy mattress alone to get them tucked back under. Then I happened across this giant rubber band during my search. THIS THING IS AMAZING!!! Not only does it keep the mattress cover from popping off it keeps the top sheet tucked in under the mattress as well!     • An alternative to bedsheet clips
Size: Medium - Queen Mattress
Purchased to use on Queen bedsheet set instead of multiple sets of clips which have been used for years. Wanted to try something different. This product is different. Initially was a little difficult to install and as recommended it is helpful to have two people install vs by yourself. Once applied the product holds both fitted and the foot end of flat sheet in place,,, until waking up one night with the band trying to hold me in place and reapplying half asleep back over the mattress. Has not happened since in 4-5 months. The product was initially installed properly, just migrated up to top edge of mattress. We have a ‘number bed’ so we cannot realistically use the additional product feature for securing the product across the underside of our ‘number bed’. Changing sheet sets is not difficult, just remove sheet set leaving product in place. Then tuck replacement sheet set under product when making the bed. Overall, a uniquely different mechanism for securing sheet set that I will continue to use. UPDATE: not as pleased with performance of product after a few months use. Fitted sheet now requires frequent readjustment to prevent sheet bunching. Keeping product on and also reinstalling sheet clips on corners. ... show more

    • Decent at Holding Sheets, But Not Perfect

I've been using the Rubber Hugger Bed Sheets Holder Band for a couple of days on my full-size mattress. While it does an okay job, it's not a perfect solution. Pros: Foot-Holding Effectiveness: The band works well to keep the foot of my sheets in place, which is better than nothing. However, I was hoping it would secure the sides as well, but it doesn't seem to prevent the sheets from bunching up there. Easy Installation: One of the best things about this product is how easy it is to install. I was able to put it on by myself, and it was actually easier than putting on a fitted sheet. Cons: Side-Holding Inefficiency: Unfortunately, it doesn’t hold the sides of the sheet in place, which is where I have the most issues with wrinkling and bunching. This limits the overall effectiveness for me. Comfort: I haven't noticed any improvement in my sleep comfort. In fact, since the foot of the bed is now tucked in more tightly, it feels like it might be making me a bit warmer at night, which isn't ideal. Durability: Although I’ve only had the product for a short time, it appears to be made of good-quality materials. I haven’t noticed any issues with its elasticity so far. Overall, the Rubber Hugger is an easy-to-use product that works somewhat, but it doesn’t completely solve my problem with loose sheets. If you’re looking to secure the foot of the bed, it’s worth trying, but don’t expect it to hold the sides tightly in place. ... show more

Size: Small - Twin/Full
I’ve tried at least a half dozen products to try to keep my sheets on my bed, all with disappointing results. Sheet holders with clasps rip easily through sheets and are difficult to install. I thought the Rubber Hugger would be different. It is, but not by enough to be worthwhile. The Rubber Hugger is a giant rubber band, plain and simple. It looks like a rubber band, it smells like a rubber band, it IS a rubber band. Have you ever had a rubber band wrapped extra tight around something and, as the object it is around shifts, the rubber band begins to roll and twist? That’s exactly what the Rubber Hugger does on your bed. Any time your sheets would normally move, the pressure put on the band budges it a little and eventually the band gets twisted up. Once it’s twisted up, there’s no tension in the band, so you have to take it off and put it back on untwisted. The problem being that you will definitely have to do it again a couple nights later. I’m an exceptionally large, heavy person sleeping on a Queen mattress by myself and I favor one side of the mattress. Even with the Rubber Hugger on, my weight pulls the sheets under me and I wind up with the sheets ballooned out on the side of the bed under me when I wake up. The Rubber Hugger can sometimes just barely hold them on the mattress as the fabric is tugged but most of the time the Rubber Hugger will just come up with the sheets, all twisted up. This product might work better for a twin sized bed, a single, or couples of similar weight in a larger bed whose weight will balance out the tension on the fabric. Make sure you get into bed at the very same time, though! I’ve also been woken up in the night by a loud rubber band snapping sound only to find the Rubber Hugger has pulled up over the corner of the bed and is stretched out horizontally across the mattress, thankfully on the side I do not sleep on. The sound it made was loud enough to suggest that the product could have potentially injured someone if they’d been lying on that side. Likewise, I wouldn’t suggest this for a young child who might jump on the bed or someone who requires assistance such as being moved or flipped on their bed, as the band WILL come up with weight forcefully applied to the sheets and it sounds like it comes up with some pretty serious velocity. The Rubber Hugger works in theory but not on large beds, for large people, or anybody who might cause the mattress to sink unevenly. It’s a rubber band, guys. You’re better off just using a big flat sheet as your bottom sheet and getting a bigger duvet so nobody sees the wrinkles. ... show more
