    • Better than using stretchy rubber exercise bands
This is sooo much better for stretching than the rubber stretching band I had been using because it had very little resistance as opposed to this, which does not stretch or expand, so it gives a more effective stretch by way of resistance. I haven't been using it for very long, but It seems to be durable in it's construction, and can be used by anyone regardless of height, or how long your arms or legs may be. It comes with a manual that illustrates suggested stretches, and directs you to a website where you can watch demonstrations of the suggested stretches. I think it's unique in its' simplicity and have enjoyed using it. The only thing I could suggest as an improvement would be some padding where you place the ball of your foot to do a stretch, in fact, I plan to take a couple of old shoe inserts, and cut out the section between the toes and mid foot ( aprox 2 inches) and velcro to the center of the strap for more comfort when placing the ball of my foot into the strap to do a stretch. I give this strap 2 thumbs up, and recommend it for anyone looking for a stretching aid you can take with you anywhere. ... show more

I rarely write reviews. But I have been using this rope for my daily stretching for years now. Got one for home one for the office. Every now and then I will throw it in the washing machine and it’s back like new.     • Great helper for knee replacement surgery
I am 5 days post op. Yesterday my PT had me using this for exercises and managing my operative leg. Simplifys everything! Booklet that comes with it doesn’t mention rehab. It’s all yoga and Pilates. I’ll use it then too. If you have knee issues GET IT

I've used this strap off and on over the past decade and it's been very helpful when I've let my flexibility and mobility get away from. It's VERY durable, floats in water making it very easy to use when in a therapy pool.
