Docked a star because I wish it was a little bigger for bigger chairs. There is a "backing" to the blanket that is 17" Wide by 22" High. The upper "arms" of the blanket are about 30" long, while the lower "arms" are about 33" long. The straps that hold it on are nice and stretchy though, so even if you have a big-backed chair, they will go! Fabric is nice and fuzzy, but the arms won't extend to your lower leg, so if you recline in your chair, you might need an additional throw. I was looking for an alternative to using a Snuggie blanket (the one where you loop your arms in and it's basically a complete front-side blanket. I didn't like the Snuggie because it was way too long and would drape on the floor or at some points fall "forward" because it's not secure on anything so doesn't warm your chest up as much. I definitely prefer this one. It's secured to your chair and wraps around you so I don't have the issues with the Snuggie. Short enough to where it won't be touching the floor when you're not using it. Easy enough to just "hop out of" when you want to go get a drink from the fridge. It's pretty much perfect for me but for taller people, I would do more research on reviews and see if it's a good fit. I could see it being not long enough for your lap or maybe the front flaps don't go far enough. ... show more

This thing is the greatest!!! It allows you to stay warm without the bulk of a blanket. Easy to wash. Lay out to dry. Super soft. Super warm. Allows you to still easily move. I spend six hours a day at my desk typing and this doesn’t get in the way at all.
