I had been captive to porn “ all of my Christian Life “ A group of Christian men decided to have a Study called “ The Death Of Porn “ I kind of thought I was the “ Only One “ these men let me know I wasn’t alone, which started my freedom.     • What a important book. What a blessing!
This isn't your typical "overcoming xxx type sin" type book. This isn't your typical "let's fight against pornography" book. In a non-accusing way, Ray invites us into a battle of fighting for the sacredness of the human soul. He helps us to see the heart of Christ for His people, and shows us the love and joy that is available to us through the gospel. But Ray isn't easy on the reader, this is a book of true love- which sometimes comes with messages that are hard to hear but necessary. But again, there's a gentleness there even among the difficult challenges presented to us. What a timely and unique book. Even as a female I found this book so encouraging and insightful. I’m a pastor and constantly looking for more materials on the topic of lust in general, but porn in particular. I’ve used about 10 other books and resources, but this one is my new go-to. I bought several for my giveaway shelves. The author is so genuine and kind—like a loving father—and I appreciated the tone of the book SO much. The first three chapters were deeply meaningful to me, and I’ve not read a book that puts it quite like this one did. YOU are royalty, SHE is royalty, and JESUS is royalty.
