I bought several different colors of these. I kept one packed with school things when I was still working as a professor, and another held a complete change of casual clothing, a pair of pajamas, and essential toiletries and medications so I was always ready for an overnight trip. I use this as my purse when traveling internationally by plane. I slip my smaller crossbody bag inside, plus all my medications and jewelry bag, plus two changes of underwear, pajamas, a clean shirt and pants. I also have my Android tablet (same size as larger iPad) and even have taken my surface pro 3 laptop. The small crossbody bag has my passport/covid vaccination card case, a small notebook and pen, my earbuds, and my tickets and one of those folding flat hairbrushes. There is still plenty of room to add a last minute magazine or brochure. Once at my destination it becomes my day pack for excursions. The pajamas are out and the jewelry is in the safe, and I add in a water bottle, the day's itinerary, a very small folding umbrella (if appropriate), and a light jacket. Still lots of room. It's lightweight, sturdy and fashionable with the lovely patterns. It is easy to find a particular item since there are lots of inside pockets. The zippers pull easily, the stitching is impeccable, and the design that keeps your valuables far away from thieves is right on target. When getting on the plane, I use the shoulder strap to make it look more purse-like and avoid accusations of having two carry-ons, but use the backpack straps when moving through the airport and on the excursions which makes it easy to carry even when stuffed full. My last trip it did get scuffed up, but I think that was due to overzealous stuffing of the bag under a seat on a small airplane, rather than any flaw with the bag. ... show more

I love the design of this bag. It fits my macbook air pro, my ipad pro, airpods pro, a pair of glass cases as well as a extra pair of leggings, shirt, and blender bottle inside. Besides that there are so many zipper pockets, i can store the many lipglosses, chapstick, and sunscreen powder i have at all times including a hydroflask in the side pocket for the pup. The only complaint i have is the faux leather is not resilient and is soft; by the second month the bottom edges are peeling from being on rugged carpet, soft carpet, car liners. I never drop my purses on the concrete to give a perspective as to why this is a bit of a downer. Otherwise this is a great practical bag that i would suggest! Update 6/30/23 (9mo)- still a great bag with all its compartments, some new extra wear and tear that are small, but nothing drastic. One of the two zipper seems to have an issue; at some points the zipper’s teeth misalign and I’m left with a gaping hole of something i thought i closed. I had bought a similar backpack from Amazon a few years ago but needed a new one for an upcoming trip. I am so impressed with how well it’s made, the size and all of the storage. I ordered the cream color which is great for summer. For the price this is a stylish, roomy and well made backpack.

I love this bag. It's just as cute in person. The zipper pocket against your back is not even visible when carrying it, so I put my passport there without any concerns. The zippers to the main body of the bag aren't visible until you take it off and flip the straps around. Inside the main body is a smaller zippered pocket where I kept money and my license.
