Very easy to install, unscrew your old one, find the correct screw included and screw it on. I loved the slant at the top of this antenna, really looks cool... but when I put it on, the slant angled to about 7 o'clock. Or pointed at the driver from inside. This really bugged the perfectionist in me. I tried several times to thread it where it would face 12, or straight ahead, to no avail. Drove with it about a month and just switched it out for another one about an inch shorter, but rounded top. Much better imo. ... show more

The installation was super simple. Remove the existing antenna and replace with the new small antenna. Looks much better than the factory antenna. Seems like the radio reception is as good or better than the factory one.

This antenna pulls in signals as well as the oem antenna which was LONG. At about 4 inches long this is not safe for automatic roller type washes per manufacturer (i may try it though). It does great with pressure wash systems though. Brushes if not regularly maintained will scratch your car anyway.
