I was concerned after reading a few reviews about missing pieces but thought it looked like a great kit for the money. I am actually quite impressed with the quality as it rivals the brand name product in every way. The parts are indistinguishable and top notch. I thought I was missing a piece close to the end of a build section, found I had an extra piece that was very similar (half height vs full ) and realized I had used the full height piece at a step earlier in the build instead of a half height piece. Before I discovered it was me being careless and not Mould King I reached out and had a reply in under a day. I confessed in a reply that I had found the part but one of my motors was binding and wouldn’t power the assembly. I advised the manufacturer and again got a prompt reply and a promise to send out a replacement. Very good costumer service. The build was super satisfying and quite enjoyably challenging. I plan on buying more from Mould King instead of the other recognized brand due to the high quality and excellent value for cost.
