I ordered this in October 2020 and it is now December 2020. I probably used about half of the roll so I'm confident I can give an honest review of this product. Value - This is probably the best value for your bucks. I've used other stabilizers before. Name brand ones that cost the same but about half (or less) the amount of product. If you are an avid crafter like me, this is a great investment. Quality - As I mentioned above, I've used other brands before. The quality feels the same. I mainly use this for my 5" by 7" inch machine embroidery hoop which usually stitches between 1,000 to 10,000 stitches per project. It seems to hold up the project just fine. I've never had any issues regarding tearing while stitching but it is easy to tear away from the fabric once the project is done stitching. I really do like this stabilizer, will probably order more soon, and will definitely recommend it to anybody who is looking for an affordable yet good quality stabilizer. ... show more

i got started with the stuff from walmart. that stuff was pretty thin, using one layer of it would fail every time. i had to do 2 layers to stitch a design. this is much thicker, one layer easily works to get it done. that makes it much easier to use, and im sure it will last linger (since im only using half as much) but, being thicker, the one thick layer is harder to tear off than the 2 thin layers of the other stuff. so, its a trade off. the harder tear makes it tough if your doing a patch or something that you NEED to remove it to put the adhesive on, but for a design thats going on something where the immediate removal of all of it is not nessicary ( like using it for a bag or coat,) it is much easier to use. ... show more
