The side-facing header on my motherboard created a very tight fit for the standard USB 3.0 plug in my Fractal Pop Air case. Either running it directly down into the hole or trying to run it up and then loop it back down created stress on the header that I wasn't comfortable with. A 90-degree down-fac
ing adapter wouldn't be long enough to reach the cutout and an up-facing 90 adapter would end up with a loop of cable that I find inelegant. This works great for the cable routing issue AND I like the low-profile aesthetics so much that I'm gonna use the other of this two pack in a different system I'm building that doesn't actually need it. Now I just gotta figure out what to do with the ATX cables. :)

Good USB 3.0 extension cable
The headers on my motherboard are at a right angle and the stock front panel cables were too stiff to make the bend for hook up. These are flexible enough to do the job neatly and the black color hides better than the blue color on the stock cables. I didn't have any problems with the header plug bei
ng loose in the socket. I just made sure they were firmly inserted and they stayed in place while I did my cable management. A clip would have been nice to securely lock them in place instead of just friction. I used both cables and all of the ports worked after installation so no problems there. All in all... I like! I won't have a problem buying these again if I need any more for another build.

Low-profile met my needs - cut out the notch first!
I needed a low-profile extension for my motherboard’s USB 3.0 header, and this offered exactly what I needed. My main issue is the construction due to a hard plastic wrapper all around the male end. This covers up the notch that most USB header cables have, and when I first tried connecting to the ex
tender, it ended up causing pins to be bent since the notch wouldn’t fit. Luckily this is a two-pack, so I took a razor blade to the second cable and cut the notch out of the plastic covering. That ended up working great for me.

Yes, this will work with your o-11
I wanted to install bottom fans on my o-11 dynamic and noticed that the header on my x570 board would have been blocked and the OEM connector is much too stiff. Saw the other reviews mentioning they bought it for their o-11 and gave it a try. It's a tight fit, but not too tight and doesn't stress the

Does the job for those hard to reach motherboard/case configureations
Needed this because the typical bulky usb 3 plug for my computer case would not fit because a hard drive was mounted in the way. It feels like garbage when trying to bend it. The whole reason for these is to reduce protrusion and it needs to be bent for that.

Only one of the two cables works.
I was hoping to use these in conjunction with a PCI-e card and header cables which don't quite reach the back corner where the card fits. Unfortunately only one worked. The male portion (which receives the pins) is narrower than the typical blue plug that comes with USB 3 cables, meaning extra cautio
n is required to avoid bending pins on plugging it in. On the female end, the notch that should be there to tell you which way the plug goes is absent, so you have to look carefully to make sure you have the missing pin lined up with the blank hole. So maybe my 2 stars is generous. Three and a half if both cables had worked. Do yourself a favor - don't resign yourself to over an hour trouble shooting a bad cable for use with a new component - choose a different cable.

Good stuff. Very understated for clean builds.
Exactly what I was looking for, though they are double layered with wire (two separate layers only connected at the terminals), so behave funny if you try to do sharp bends or curves.

Perfect for cable management of usb 3 headers
Exactly what I needed to hide the giant usb 3 header cable for my front USB ports behind my case. Unsure why they come in packs of 2 but hey I guess I have a spare! Seems well made and everything works perfectly so far.

Solidly built USB extension.
Solid built extensions that do exactly what they're supposed to. Helps a lot with cable management considering how thick some of the USB cables can get.
