This item’s “hand feel” feels like quality. I own a lot of drink cups/tumblers. Most have issues with the lids taking more than one time to screw on top, which this one does not. The design is great because you can use it for loose tea or you don’t have to use the diffuser insert at all. It’s slim and can fit where water bottles can normally fit (in backpacks, backpack water bottle sleeves and cup holders). It keeps the beverage hot or cold for a long time (such that while sipping tea at work I leave the top off and it still keeps it warm). Would love to see a carrying sling for it in case I want to be light and not throw it in a backpack but still be hands free. ... show more

I used this tumbler for both hot and cold drinks and it works well either way. Good size , nice pink color and smooth exterior. It also comes with a tea strainer that's removable, Worss well for brewing both hot and cold teas as well as other beverages.

UPDATE: 11/24/24! First, my apologies to Tea Bloom for the much delayed update. After leaving my first review, Tea Bloom reached out and forwarded a new tumbler. After several months of unopening the box stored in my cabinet, I reluctantly opened it, made my favorite blend of tea and went to work. The morning was hectic with students & meetings. It was 11:30 a.m. before the first sip of tea. I opened the top expecting luke warm tea like before. Instead, steam greeted me and a smile immediately appeared on my face. I sipped on tea throughout the day. At 5p.m., my tea was still pleasantly warm! Thank you Tea Bloom for standing behind your product and the excellent customer service you provided. After experiencing the second tumbler's ability to keep tea warm all day, it's clear the first tumbler was defective. Thank you for allowing me to experience my morning ritual of tea again. You're the best! I drink tea daily. I take it to work every morning to drink throughout the day. So, I really wanted this tumbler to work for me. It's beautiful, it fits in the side pocket of my backpack and in the car's cupholder. It's easy to clean and hasn't leaked in the week of owning it. The problem is the tumbler does not keep hot tea hot all day or a regular workday as some reviews state. I purchased this tumbler to replace an insulated stainless-steel tumbler that had a bamboo sleeve. After a year, the sleeve separated from the tumbler and couldn't be reattached. The insulated bamboo tumbler kept my tea hot from 7:45a.m. (steaming hot) to 5:30p.m. (comfortably hot) easily. The Cosmopolitan tumbler does good to keep my tea luke warm until 11:30a.m. This is not what I expected based on the reviews and a $29.99 price tag. I would return it, but I already threw out the packaging. Back to looking for a tumbler that will let me drink hot tea throughout a teacher's day. ... show more

I purchased this Teabloom in July and I noticed in the last month my tea doesn't stay hot for hours like it used to. I drink alot of tea especially when I'm at work because it's always so cold in my department. I was able to depend on this thermal Teabloom for a couple months but not anymore because my tea is cold in an hour or two. I also noticed that the infuser has what looks to be rust spots on it. So this was not a good buy and didn't last as long as I had hoped. The bottom part of the cup where the black rubber is seems to be unraveling as well. Not happy with this purchase. UPDATE...Teabloom Customer Love Manager Shiela sent me a message in response to my review and was happy to send me a replacement to rectify the situation. Let me just say, I am one happy customer and for caring and responding to my review, I am now a forever customer of Teabloom. Shiela sent me The Wayfarer for Tea, Coffee & Fruit Water. This Tumbler is the best Tumbler I've had thus far. It is double-wall glass with rose gold lid and has a very nice insulated sleeve. I love that the infuser is two way and it's much larger so I can fit as much loose leaf tea in it as possible. I noticed that none of the loose leaf filtered in so thats awesome as well. My tea was still hot hours after which i love. It's so pretty and durable. I say durable because I already dropped it and nothing happened. I can take The Wayfarer Tumbler with me any and everywhere now. Thank you so much for this replacement Shiela! ... show more

I've had my tumbler for 2 days now and I absolutely love it. I will definitely be buying more. It keeps my tea warm for HOURS, seriously it's been over 6 hours and my tea is still warm, and not lukewarm but WARM! I wish it was a little taller and I wish the lid was different so I didn't have to take it off every time. But maybe that's what keeps it warm longer. I'm interested to see how long it will keep cold too! ... show more

I prefer cold brew teas for my early mornings. I put my tea in the afternoon before and put it in the fridge and it’s ready to go in the morning! Easy to clean, easy to use, couldn’t recommend it more!

I really wanted to like this, but I can't. I've only used it probably 10 times at most and it has been very inconvenient. The idea is great, but the product is faulty. The tea holder is a pain to get in and out, the handle to it breaks constantly, and it gets stuck. I finally hit my limit when I tried using it again and the tea holder got completely stuck and won't come out. I've burned my fingers several times just trying to fix it because I just want my tea, but I'm over it. It's not worth the money. ... show more
