This item’s “hand feel” feels like quality. I own a lot of drink cups/tumblers. Most have issues with the lids taking more than one time to screw on top, which this one does not. The design is great because you can use it for loose tea or you don’t have to use the diffuser insert at all. It’s slim and can fit where water bottles can normally fit (in backpacks, backpack water bottle sleeves and cup holders). It keeps the beverage hot or cold for a long time (such that while sipping tea at work I leave the top off and it still keeps it warm). Would love to see a carrying sling for it in case I want to be light and not throw it in a backpack but still be hands free. ... show more

I used this tumbler for both hot and cold drinks and it works well either way. Good size , nice pink color and smooth exterior. It also comes with a tea strainer that's removable, Worss well for brewing both hot and cold teas as well as other beverages.

I love tea more than the average person. And I'm very specific with how I brew it, what kinds I drink, ect. But I don't always have time to sit and indulge due to work. And this thing has allowed me to indulge while I'm at work. The design is simple and yet elegant. It's not too big or small, allowing for a good amount of tea without it being ridiculous. It's strainer snaps into place and is easy to take out. And the lid seals it perfectly. It keeps whatever drink you have hot for hours. And when I say hot, I mean hot. Even when I leave the lid off, whatever is in there stays hot. It's great. My only comlaint is that it isn't the easiest to clean. Between the lid and the strainer, doing a full deep clean is a pain.     • I like it, but I have my issues.

I am an avid tea drinker. I use this so I can enjoy my loose leaf tea at work, but I have my issues with it. Please keep in mind, if you are using this to infuse water, or are in the comfort of your home where you can dump your tea leaves after steeping this is the product for you! The quality of this product is great, it is well insulated and keeps your drink hot or cold for very long periods of time. It is also very easy to clean if you have the proper scrubbing tools. However, keep in mind that this is going to make A LOT of tea or water. Now, onto my issues: 1.)The infuser is close to the top of the container and needs to be able to reach the water you filled to do its job (obviously). So be sure you are measuring your tea accordingly to make up for the extra water you will be adding. 2.) Most teas are ideal at certain temperatures for about 3-7 minutes (depending on the type of tea) for the ideal preparation of the tea and maximum flavor. Which means that you will have to remove the infuser and dispose of the tea leaves so that you don’t over brew or burn your tea. This is not ideal If you don’t have somewhere to keep the infuser if you don’t have somewhere to empty it out because without doing that you WILL burn you tea and change the over all flavor. All in all I am happy with this product, as it does what it is intended to do. These are just things I thought you should keep in mind from one tea drinker to another. ... show more

    • Strainer amazing for tea and infused water

This is a metal tea infuser! Although the description says it is DISHWASHER friendly, the bottom clearly states it is HAND WASH ONLY. This is very INACCURATE in the description. The color is very vibrant and it appears to clean easily. I like the handle on the infuser basket! Makes it nice if I am intending to remove the basket, although it is just as easy to leave it in.     • Not user friendly ...

As of now, this is the worst travel tumbler I have experienced. The internal strainer is small and wedges itself inside the tumbler so tight that it is darn near impossible to get it out without force. When you do you the right amount of force the strainer handle pops off, and/or the top strainer lid disconnects from the bottom strainer without even unscrewing it!! When I put hot water in it and tightened the lid, I gave it the "Shake Test" ....Well, THAT failed too!! The water came out in small spurts as I shook it. Not too bad ....But it isn't supposed to leak AT ALL! I looked at the directions, made sure the rubber stopper was seated properly, made sure the threads were aligned before screwing it down, and did not over tighten or under tighten the lid. It still leaked when shook. I had hoped this was going to be a nice tumbler based on positive reviews, but unfortunately that is not the case in this situation. I WILL NOT be getting a replacement, but instead looking at other brands. Teabloom just isn't ....Well, "my cup of tea" ... show more
