I came here looking for a modern Crazy Taxi, and although some base mechanics are there...Crazy Taxi this aint. The soundtrack is reminiscent of lowfi, the characters all sound like they just took Ambien, the map itself is flat (both literally and figuratively, the unlockables are lackluster, and the extra game modes are nearly pointless. Do yourself a favor and just download a Sega Saturn emulator and play Crazy Taxi (its at a higher framerate, anyway). ... show more

It's basically Crazy Taxi, not perfect but as perfect as I feel we going to get other than retro gaming.... the only negative is the long load times...

Let's travel back in time to February, 1999 where Crazy Taxi was first released in the arcades and then ported to Sega Dreamcast in 2000. So if you are nostalgic like myself and enjoy doing some retro-gaming then by all means, add this to your Switch collection. Taxi Chaos (not affiliated in anyway to Crazy Taxi) is basically the same thing only after playing it for 15 minutes you want to punch yourself for wasting your money on nostalgia that only seemed good at the time. This game is going to collect as much dust as my Dreamcast, which is in the attic. (I think it's in the attic?) So personally, if you are thinking of getting it, then that's fine. No app-based ride-share for me. I can’t wait for another ride in this taxi. Taxi Chaos is a very fun, engaging game for the entire family. Hop on in, and take this taxi for a spin.

Taxi Chaos is definitely a great family game. Anyone can play it and really enjoy it. From a 6 year old to adults, we all laughed and enjoyed it.     • Crazy Taxi meets Taxi Chaos!
The game is awesome! It's fun and you won't get bored of it at all. The more you play the more points you'll save to buy new vehicles. But I wished they added more taxi cab drivers instead of just 2 characters. I wished you were able to play this game online with other players. Also they should have let you created your own cab driver. Other than that, if you're a fan of SEGA Crazy Taxi then you'll love Taxi Chaos! The music on the other hand is not the best compared to SEGA's Crazy Taxi. ... show more

    • Reminds me of Crazy Taxi, but definitely more boring.
I bought this game thinking it would be like Crazy Taxi, but it’s not. It’s at best good for 15 minutes and then we all get bored. I wouldn’t repurchase this honestly.
