Microphone piece falls out and doesn't connect in securely even when pushed all the way in. When Microphone piece is in other players hear static and crackling as my voice and sound cuts in and out. I tried to reach out to seller thru website support but it won't let me send the message I wrote. UPDATE: I RETURNED THE LAST ONE GOT IT REPLACED AND THE NEW ONE WORKED GREAT TILL A MONTH AFTER THE WARRANTY EXPIRED. IT NOW WILL NOT POWER ON EVEN AFTER ITS LIGHT GOES FROM RED TO GREEN AND SHOWS FULLY CHARGED AND VOLUME IS ALL THE WAY UP IT DOES NOT POWER ON! MY OTHER SON HAS SAME HEADSET AND ITS BEEN GREAT SINCE DAY ONE AT CHRISTMAS SO IT APPEARS TO BE HIT AND MISS IF THEY WORK OR NOT AND FOR HOW LONG.
