This company do to my own error for not reading the product information only ordered one pack of hair which wouldn't have been enough for me so I would have had to order another pack. Arrived on the day I was told. Thanks! Arrived as described and pictured. No smell. Extra tapes. As with most human hair, the color bled for the first few washes. I wash mine at least 4 times. No smell during washing. I air dry my hair bundles and hope for a curl, as poker straight hair does not blend well with my real hair. I was pleased to see a curl with some normal "frizz". Hair was still healthy after washes. Holds curl. Hair also maintained its thickness. Very pleased, recommend, will buy from again. Thanks! ... show more

I ordered brown with caramel highlights. What I got isn't quite as shown but I made it work. Soon as I opened them they was thick and beautiful. The first time I put them on 2 clips didn't work, they wouldn't open or close. They send 1 extra so off to the beauty store I went to buy more. Took me awhile to sew them in. With the money I paid I shouldn't have to replace clips on first wear. I was unhappy about that. I haven't yet washed them. If they frizz out I will come back and let you know.
