I purchased these to work with gouache, specifically Himi gouache, which likes to stain and can be hard to remove. These palettes are great to mix colors on and they wash off easily and quickly! Just take a paper towel and some water and the paint comes off and the palette is completely clean. The only issue I had was with the shrink wrap it comes packaged in, it is quite difficult to remove. It had to use a knife which scratched a palette on one side, so I just use the other side. These are great to use, but it is a PAIN to get the paint off of these. It’s not that thick, but it still gets the job done. it’s perfect for reusing over and over again instead of having to use something like a plastic plate or something like that.
