Just received my cue. Cue is well made and straight. BUT, DESCRIPTION says hard case included. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CASE. I emailed the seller to see if they would send me one. I will update ..... Seller responded within 24 hours using amazon messages and offered to send me a case but stated that me purchase did not include one. After reviewing product descrption first line says +Hard case and further product description it shows a picture of the case. Only one small window did not include the word case. Be careful on this one. Will update. UPDATE: The seller held true to their word and I had my case within 6 days!     • Soft cue stick
The cue stick looks nice and feels great to hold, but it doesn’t seem hard enough. Best way I can describe it. When I hit the cue ball with the other sticks I have it feels like a solid impact. When I hit with this one it seems like there must be some softness to the stick because I don’t feel the impact as much. My game was worse on this stick. I used it consistently for a couple months.     • Hollow feeling and no case
I was disappointed when I received this cue. For the price, I was not expecting a super cue but I don't think that this is really any better than the $20 or $30 cheapy ones. I also thought it came with a case from the description and the pictures but it does not. Only now do I see the title says "no case" at the very end. The title is just so long it drops off viewing on most platforms. The cue itself is hollow and weak feeling for the front shaft. Almost all of the weight, ALL of it is in the rear. I personally prefer a much more balanced cue. For the same money, you can probably do better. ... show more

I recently bought a pool table and wanted a decent stick to improve my game before spending the big bucks to get a premium stick. I am now unsure if that is even necessary. I went across my 8' table with full left and full right english. Zero deflection. Ball rolled right to the center of the dot I was aiming for; honestly unbelievable. First the good. The stick has a good tip and is well balanced, seriously the weight feels great and I can tell there’s going to be an adjustment period going from house sticks, now the bad. Highly noticeable scratch at the base as well as blemish marks. Also ordered a 20 oz not a 19. Ordered a replacement because I would like this stick to be in mint condition until I one day pass it along to a friend ... show more
