It has a nice weight to it, while not being too heavy to wear after a shower. I thought it wouldn't be warm enough, but it's fairly cozy, since it goes all the way to the floor. Nice soft robe. I'm about 5'7" 140 lbs and bought sz Lg. tan. The color is NOT tan but more towards a very soft blend of peach with a little pink in it. It's a pretty color. Very roomy fit and for me the length is perfect. Not so long your tripping over it but makes it all the way to my ankles. I have rather long arms and the arms on this robe go past my wrists a little. I tried turning the cuffs up but the robe is so soft they just slides right back to being not cuffed. I suppose I could tack them with a stitch or two but for now its not an issue. I washed this robe before I wore it and it washed and dried beautifully. Overall I am very happy with this robe but when the winter winds blow and the snow piles up I believe I'll be hunting for a little heavier weight robe. I am 5 feet 6 inches tall and 124 pounda and got the Large since I wanted it to touch the top of my feet...and it does! It's a beautiful deep forest green in a soft and stretchy velour fabric. I love this robe! It's very soft and flowy due the length, the slits on the sides at the bottom and in the cuffs. It's a beautiful peach color, not "tan" as it's listed. It looks like the color in the photo. The robe tie has nice tasseled ends that adds to the elegant look.

I adore this robe. The material is so soft, it is light but not paper like. Get it! You wont be sorry. I'm a 1XL and got the XL, fits awesome, I still have plenty of room oh and I loveeee the length! Hard to find! Enjoy!
