So for whatever reason, my 3 month old daughter screams bloody murder in her carseat. She just has not been a fan and when she does settle down, the second the car stops moving she starts screaming again. My last straw was when we were at the Chick fil A drive thru and I was crying because she was crying. I was so overwhelmed and in search of a solution. I ordered this thinking why not. Let me tell you it took two car rides before my little one got the idea and is in love. So far we are 6 car rides in and 4 of them have been zero crying!! My only negative is that the music is senstive so any bump you hit makes it go off essentially waking baby up if she's fallen asleep but honestly, Im okay with that. I feel like this is a great training tool to get baby to feel safe and have fun on her own in the carseat. ... show more

Highly recommend. Whenever our 7 month old gave a frustrated kick on the 8 hour trip to grandma's house, she would hit this toy and it would play low, pleasant, relaxing music. It soothed her and kept her happy throughout the trip. Happy baby and relieved parents.

My baby likes the toy! However, the box did not have install directions, so I am not sure the correct way to install it. When I did install it, it's blocking the mirror on the headrest that let's me see the baby. So I lowered it and now it's definitely not installed right.     • THE GREATEST PURCHASE EVER!!!!!!
IF YOUR CHILD SCREAMS HER/HIS HEAD OFF IN THE CAR, THIS IS YOUR GOD SENT ANSWER! On her first couple of car rides my baby girl seemed to love car rides. It usually put her to sleep, like you see on TV. UNTIL..... One day everything changed. NON. STOP. SCREAMING. Not just crying or wining, SCREAMING UNTIL NO BREATH WAS LEFT IN HER LUNGS. It was extremely stressful and makes you want to join her. Heading to Amazon thinking there has to be an answer - BOO YAA! I FOUND THIS! A few reviews experienced the same thing we were, so there was hope. My expectations were a grain of dirt. I got it, installed it and on the first ride... FAIL. SCREAMING AGAIN. I read several other reviews saying the same. Well, ride two today and MAGIC! SHE DID AMAZING! As soon as we put her in she started playing! It was a huge relief for everyone! Hopefully it lasts.     • Don't waste your money
Horrible. This car toy did not stay attached to the seat securely, since most of it is just velcro my child easily pulled it down. Since it hangs over the child's face, it blocked my view of my infant from our baby mirror, which we bought for safety. The toys either were too far away for him to grab or were falling on his feet, which made him upset. This is a nice idea but terrible execution. Intended to return it but unfortunately my husband forgot about it in the garage and now the company won't let me return it, per their policy, even though we never used it. We will never do business with this company again. I purchased a much better one at Target that actually has a baby mirror built in so I can see him, and that has rings for the toys, so that I can extend them as needed for my child's reach. He can't pull it loose either since it is attached by rings not velcro, so it is much more secure. At $15, my Target purchase was less than half the price of this one. Don't waste your money, just go to Target. ... show more

    • Infant entertainment for long drives
Pros: I was looking for a toy that would entertain my son (6 months) while we drove 6 hours to the coast and this was great. I also had another toy that I could attach to his car seat. And at each pit stop, I would switch them out. Together (plus his naps), it kept him entertained the entire drive down to the coast and back. He enjoyed touching and pulling on the attached toys (they rattle) and of course loved looking at himself in the mini-mirror. Cons: The option for him to kick the pad and music would play, I listed to the tune (it was fine once or twice) and decided against letting him know that was an option. A 6 hour drive listening to that tune, I think would have driven me a little crazy. But I think it would have been fine for short jaunts around town. Also if you have a car mirror attached to the headrest (so you can see the baby in your rear-view mirror), this toy (as well as the other toy) obstructed the view. ... show more
