Turn off after 3-5 seconds. Box came unsealed and the wire harness don’t look incredible. If you have a Cherokee you know it’s not an easy task to take it all out and replace.

These bulbs are high beam bulbs in my car and they are most definitely way brighter than the stock halogen bulbs. They allow you to clearly see the road ahead and to the sides. They come in a sealed box with a tamper sticker on both sides, however the box i received appeared to have been opened. See attached pictures. The box contained 2 bulbs with no instructions; therefore if you are not familiar with these type of aftermarket bulbs, you may not realize that the locking ring is rotatable to allow you to align the bulb so that it's perfectly vertical.. The connectors do have a "+" and "-" sign so you know which side is positive. The "driver" is attached to the bulb (the black box) as seen in pic# 3. They do stick out a bit when compared to a stock bulb (pic# 4). Be sure you have enough clearance to install the bulbs. As seen in pic#5, i've rotated the ring to show you the different orientation, but for my application, the copper part is towards the bottom. Installation is pretty straight forward. You unplug your old bulb and install the new bulb making sure you connect the positive side connects to the positive side of your wire harness. As i initially stated, there was nothing else in the box like some zip ties, extra "O" rings, or double sided tape for you to mount the black driver box so you will need to use something to mount it so that it does not just dangle and make noise hitting anything nearby while you are normally driving. They are definitely much brighter and whiter than my stock halogen bulbs and really help me see clearly when using my high beams. Unable to actually verify the stated lumen output, but most definitely at least 3 times brighter than the stock bulbs. Installed for about a month and worked without any issue when I needed to use my high beams. If you found this review helpful, please let me know. Very bright high beams in my 2011 Rav4. I did lose my DRL though but the increased night visibility is worth it. Very pleased with the brightness and easy install. Unbolt the coolant overflow tank in this model to make it easily accessible. Highly recommended!

They provide noticeably improved vision for my aging eyes. NOTE: You need room somewhere behind the headlamps to stick or strap the rather large brick that is part of the inline wiring. I've been wanting new headlights for my car, and the difference between these and my stock lights is really big. These lights are super bright compared to my stock ones. The throw I think might be slightly off but that can come from your headlights. They are bright but don't APPEAR as bright at distance and I think it is because of the reflections and refractions from inside the headlight itself. Using LED are trial and error as halogen throws almost 360 where these do not ... show more
