These lights have a lot of good qualities and features for such a low price, HOWEVER... Of the 3 of these lights I ordered, 2 worked fine. They are very bright, the timer and temper sensors seem to work well and are easy to operate. Keep in mind I did not check them with external sensors to ensure output was what was stated. The construction quality is not the best, but for the low price I did not expect it to be. Now the however: one of the 3 did not work at all. But hey, sometimes these thing happens. I packaged it back up and sent it back to Amazon, and had it's replacement in about 4 days. I turned that one on to test it and it fired right up. I let it run for 5 minutes to make sure there was no problems before I bothered with the installation. During that time the light got hot enough on one of the LED strips to melt the clear plastic that goes over it. Yikes! Glad I noticed that right away before it was hanging next to the ceiling, it could have definitely been a fire hazzard. Makes me a little nervous about the ones that are already installed! I'm definitely annoyed I had to unpack and repack the large lights 2 times. I don't think I'm going to try again, just took the refund. ... show more

I had a similar experience as one of the other reviewers... I had ordered this light which took about 2 and half weeks to come but bit no big deal I was expecting that anyway but the light came damaged, functional but damaged, by the time it came I tried to start a return but I was already starting flower so I didnt have time to return, been about 3 weeks and I actually really like it but it not being waterproof and having a cracked side really makes me nervous. Other than that its a hell of a light and I wish I could dim it with a dial rather than turning off sections of light. If you are a budget I could definitely recommend this. ... show more

OK so the replacement arrived today. Again the light these fixtures create is honestly amazing. I can not say the same for the packaging and shipping. The first pic here is the fixture in it's own cardboard box then if you look close you'll see that box is inside ANOTHER box, this time an Amazon box. While the shipper/mfg did Make an attempt to protect it from damage on its last leg of its journey to me... they DID next to nothing to protect the corners of the fixture. It's more than obvious the damage to the internal carton AND fixture were created BEFORE they were placed in the larger Amazon box which by the way had NO damage whatsoever. So wtf? Come-on people. I really like your fixtures but it's really not fair to ask me to accept ANOTHER broken one. The damage to the fixture this time was not as bad but its still broken. There are cross pieces that hold the led strips in place On top of these cross bars, there's yet another which in design should be secure. This top bar is where the connectors are located for hanging. On the end of these "top bars" there are end caps screwed into place preventing them from sliding off. The fixture would very likely hit the floor if it was to hang unbalanced. So once again the fixture while packed in the original carton was most definitely dropped on the end and or corner OR something heavy was dropped on it. The damage is to these end caps. Once again I'll request replacement. Lets see how this goes... ... show more

I bought this light based on a few independent reviews and I was NOT disappointed. First, this light has onboard controls (timing, intensity and thermal sensing) that are easy to set up and manage. The thermal sensing uses a RTD that can be set to canopy height to help avoid heat stress and damage. The light is built well and had a clean look. The light output is impressive and within two weeks of testing the plants have doubled in height and weight. Proof is in the performance… We test dozens of LED fixtures a year and this one tops the list for value and performance. ... show more

Used to keep the outside plants from dying during the winter. I bought one of these units to see how it worked and then ordered a second. Very easy to use, set time, hours on and off, and temp. The units turn on and off on time. The controller, for me, is what makes these units the best choice.

The media could not be loaded. I’ll start with my dislikes first I didn’t get a solid delivery date which made me mad also the timer on the light itself is very sketchy and unpredictable therefore I wouldn’t rely on it to much and that is it for my dislikes…… Now the fun part my plants have never grew healthier nor faster I’m growing as fast as my rich counterparts with the 1000 dollar lights if you guys need a someone to promote your product let me know I’ll definitely get on YouTube for this …. ... show more
