Ordering furniture online can be very hit or miss, as there's no way of knowing the quality of the fabric, the thickness of the padding, if it's going to look nice or cheap, or if it's put together well. I'm so glad I took a chance on this chair. I specifically ordered the charcoal gray color, and I absolutely love it! The fabric feels soft, but also has a pretty good heft to it, so I expect this to last for a long time. The cushion on the chair is nice and think, although a little firm at first I've only had this for about a month, and it's not something I sit in every day, but it seems like the cushion is still holding firm. It was easy to assemble. This chair arrived packaged well and all that needed done was to attached the spinner to the bottom with 4 bolts (these were included as well as the tool). The base is heavy! I was shocked when I picked it up. Once attached, the chair was super stable, and spun smoothly. I have zero regrets about ordering this chair, and definitely would buy another one if I had a good spot for it. ... show more

Furniture with a more modern design often feels cheap and uncomfortable when actually used, compared to traditional items. This is not the case with this chair, which is not only simple and beautiful. but is also extremely comfortable. It truly can be assembled in 15 minutes; I have absolutely zero ability to put things together, but this was simple, with excellent instructions. All you have to do is attach the very substantial wooden platform as the base, and you're ready to spin in this chair. It features a deep cushion, and feels great to relax in, yet poses no problem when you want to stand up; some chairs provide all the substance of a bean bag chair, but again, this chair excels. The fabric is soft but not smooth, and feel great. And it looks great, too. Its ability to fully circle makes it great for a living room where you might be engaged in conversation with several people. Arrived well-packaged and secured. This is a great addition to my home. This is a great little occasional chair, we set it up in our bedroom as a place to put on shoes and catch clothes we're not inclined to put away right away. the base installed easily enough in about 10 minutes, and we're very happy with the look and feel of it.

We got this chair for my daughter's apartment. It was super easy to assemble and is very comfortable. It can tuck into a corner or be used anywhere in the room. Because it's the only chair in her living room besides her computer chair, she does try to move it around when guests are there. It is difficult to move, at least on carpet. This Swivel Accent Chair Modern Barrel Armchair with Wood Base for Bedroom Reading Waiting Living Room in Dark sage Green is a beautiful color and looks great in my living room. The fabric is so soft, it’s like a chenille velvet. Note that because of that it does show marks from where you sit or touch just like velvet does. Please also note there is some assembly required as the wooden base comes detached so I hired a handyman to install but could have probably done this myself. I also hauled this myself off my front porch (I’m 5’9” 127lb female with not much upper arm strength) I used a hand truck. To unbox myself I used a sharp box cutter being careful not to puncture through and cut the chair. It was protected with a soft white fabric cover. Use caution as sometimes movers can leave dark marks on fabric when uncovering if their hands are not clean! Ask them to wash hands after invoicing as boxes can be very dirty. This chair is fairly small and low profile but it was just what I needed for a cramped spot between my China hutch and bookcase. and because it swivels, it makes watching the tv nearby then swiveling outward to chat with others, then back more easy. My 9yo especially loves this new chair, likely because she has sensory issues and the fabric is so soft. My biggest complaint is that compared with a much nicer, custom upholstered swivel chair we own, this chair is not really very soft to sit on for long periods or curl up in reading. It’s very firm and doesn’t bounce. But for the price I think it’s fine. I do wish it came in more colors. ... show more
