I simply love these chains! The anti-rust coating helps to prevent your fingers from getting pinched. Plus, it really seems to help these last a lot longer when they’re outside. The seats themselves are very comfortable to sit on. They are molded in the shape, but very flexible and comfortable even for me to sit in as a grandma. My grandkids absolutely love swinging, and these are very durable outdoor swings. Made a very good quality. The swing comes fully assembled and ready to attach and hang/install. These came packaged very well and shipped quickly. Buy these if you have old swings or if you are getting a new swingset. You will not be disappointed! These are awesome! I built my son a new swingset and wanted to replace the old swings. The length of the chains is perfect for a swing beam 8' off the ground. A higher beam will need longer chains as these are only 66". The coating on the chain is much nicer than the coating on my old swings. The seats are sturdy and tested to 240 pounds without issue. We decided to get a stand alone swing like this to use on the outer railing of our pergola on our porch. Our kids are constantly on our porch playing and love swinging, so it seemed like an obvious. This swing is very sturdy. The seat is thick and holds its shape. The coating on the chains is durable and prevents pinching and rusting on my daughters hands. It also comes with really heavy duty clips to hold over the railing you choose to put it on. You can also choose your height, and there is enough excess to provide a lot of varied heights without being so much chain that the leftover is in the way. It also comes with straps that keep the chains from sliding around on the railing, which is a nice option. Our pergola has the normal overhead slates, so those naturally keep the chains in place. It does run on the wood a bit, which isn't round like a normal bar, so we used the straps to cushion a bit, which has worked great. My daughters love it. They have swung on it for hours at this point and also enjoy the usual stomach swinging and twisting the chain up to get a good spin in. It's held up through all of this, plus Florida rain and humidity without seeing any rust showing up. The swing arrived very quickly and undamaged. I was happily surprised at the quality of this swing! It is the exact same kind that you find at a public park or at the schools--a thick rubber with a chain. I got this to replace a tree swing at my house that was made of wood and had been hanging there for so long that the seat had rotted off the rope. Of course, this took me helping my husband to install on a 100 year old oak tree, but I don't ever see this swing deteriorating or rotting! I like it even better than all the rest because red is my favorite color and the swing is visible from afar. I recommend this swing if you are in search of a replacement swing! Or if you are adding a swing to existing outdoor play equipment. This swing will NEVER break! ... show more

This is the perfect swing for my kids! We attached it to a limb on the tree we have in our backyard. Before this, we had a rope hanging with a piece of wood attached as a seat, but after a while the rope snapped. This swing is sturdy with a coated chain, so I don’t have to worry about pinched fingers and its durable enough to last through the weather. It was easy to install, too.
