I use this paired with the sweet sweat gel and it works really good! I do about an hour on the treadmill and the sweat comes dripping off. This is a little too thick to wear under clothing as a waist trainer and doesn't function in that way. But definitely recommend to sweat a little extra during a workout. ... show more
