Sizing: I am 5’ 4” and 153 lbs. My waist is 30”, the widest part of my hips measure 41”. That being said, I went with the waist measurement that was listed and bought myself a S/M. It fits like a glove. Putting it on: Yes, it’s hard to put on. I’ve figured out the best way to get it on is to pretend you’re a toddler and your mom is getting you dressed. Put your head completely in first. Then your right arm. Then get as much as your left arm in as you can before using your right hand to grab your left wrist and pull. Good luck. Getting it off is a whole new challenge. Does it work: This isn’t a miracle weight loss tool. It’s designed to make you sweat, and it definitely does it’s job. On an intellectual level: it makes you sweat. It heats up your core, which in turn has your heart working harder. Be sure your endurance is ready for this because it’ll definitely make your workouts tougher. Are you burning more calories? Probably. Are you burning fat? Well, yeah, if you’re working out. But the shirt is mainly helping you lose water weight. On an emotional level: Seeing all that sweat just leaking off the clothes and your body is disgusting. But also really satisfying after a good workout? I took a before and after photo of myself and no one is going to see a difference. I bought this for the obvious reasons lol I wasn't sure about this sauna top because often these types of things roll up or are uncomfortable. Boy howdy was I surprised. I wore it for an entire 9 hour shift in a warehouse. It was comfortable to the point where I almost forgot I was wearing it. I wear this to work.. depending on what I do I can feel some sweat. It keeps it in though and clothes don't get wet. I ordered the size I would normally wear and yes the 1st time putting it on was tough and super tight but after that it isn't as tight and hard to get on. I hand rinse with cold water and hang dry everyday, and goes through the wash on the weekends and hangs to dry... you are not supposed to dry these... and it accidentally went into the dryer on med heat for around a half hr before I realized and took it out.. the material itself was fine but oddly enough I think it shrunk a little because it doesn't seem to fit in length as it did, not by much but enough to notice.. the shirt itself does stay put it doesn't seem to wanna roll up on you, however again after the accidental dry and it seeming a hair shorter I have had to almost pull it down some. It definitely keeps in the heat but it also depends what you are doing, it ain't gonna make you sweat if you are just sitting around.. you gotta by physical to break a sweat in it. ... show more
