Three years ago I got really sick and spent most my days in and out of Neuro Icu units, the EEG tape ripped out chunks of my hair over 2 years leading to my diagnosis. It was devastating. A friend recommended I try tape ins until my hair started to come back. I had never had extensions, and I definitely was afraid of the idea of doing themself having already lost so much of my pretty hair. The local salon wanted over a thousand dollars for tape ins, I found out they got the hair from this company, and that the charges were a lot of random tack ons, and a surplus hourly rate. I got on YouTube started watching videos and made my order. If you’ve never put tape ins before- trust me it’s too easy. If you have every placed a sticker on a sheet of paper you’ll be fine. Infact my 6 year old did the back of my hair, it’s just matching one sticker to line up to another sticker. I thought for sure because of the cost the hair wouldn’t be good. It’s flawless. It’s silky, it’s healthy, and it’s consistent. The quality has always been good- you can trust this company to provide constant good product! I had tried going to a local hair shop to compare it to the “high end” hair and I found out it all bs, the local hair shop hair wasn’t better because it was more money, it was more money because of; shipping, paying a store front, paying an employee etc etc. This hair is top notch- you just got really lucky finding it. The hair is real. 100%. It hold up to heat and styling extremely well and If I’m lazy about care they last 2 uses- for me that’s 6 months. But I usually just buy a new set every month. I mean the quality and the price why not?! But if you did want to reuse, they are good quality and you can, I’m just too lazy to retape lol. I had tried other companies on Amazon because I wasn’t sure if I was missing something, maybe there were a lot of companies like this- no, there aren’t. Don’t bother. Don’t risk wasting money. Stay with these guys. The damage concern was big for me, turns about its more to do with the type of tape used. I don’t know what magic has been applied to these but the tape is strong enough to hold through going to the gym 6 days a week but when it’s time to take them out I’ve literally just put conditioner in, sat in the gym steam room and they just fell out, no pulling, no tearing Best part is: having them in has made me treat my own hair better, I wash it less, I comb more gently and I wrap it at night. My hair is healthier because I use tape ins now. The customer service is AMAZING. I love these people!!!!!!! They send the package always with some type of bonus gift. But even better inside they provide a card for customer service that gives you a million ways to contact them. Unlike other companies who intentionally try to make it difficult to communicate, they WANT to do a good job for you. The media could not be loaded. Quality: So far they're great. I did the fire test, and they are human hair. They feel soft (see video), but we'll see how they hold up with occasional heat (will do update). Using argan oil thermal protector. Color: I got the light brown, but hennad them (see below for all natural recipe). My hair came out more orange tinted, but it blended nicely. There were these random black hairs in both packs of the light brown that kind of stood out, so idk about that, but didn't matter for my needs. Thickness: They feel soft and are pretty thick, 2 packets was almost too thick for me but I have thick hair. My natural hair falls to mid chest, so half the volume above that is my hair, and everything below is the extensions natural volume with 2 packs. Length: they fall to the crevice of my back which is a good length. I only wish I did more on the bottom layer so it would be less wispy at the very bottom. Prob would be better to trim after, but I'm scared and I'd have to keep track of the sections when I remove and reinstall. Tape: Tape was very strong and lasted through henna mix and two washes before I even removed papers. I found it easier to cut about halfway down the tape in the center and fold it over tiny sections of hair. Make sure there's no loose hairs not fully in the tape or it'll pinch. Not too close to scalp that they can't bend upward. Came with 24 extra pcs per pack. Value: fabulous. My favorite part. I had sew ins a while ago which were an absolute nightmare, just painful. I forget these are even there. For the total $80 I spent on these, if they didn't feel great after it's first use, I could buy brand new ones and it would still be cheaper than getting them done by a hairdresser. And they were so easy to install! Just section your hair off (From mid ear, upper ear, and peak of brow) and leave a few centimeters between each extension. Takes about 45 min with two mirrors. __________________________ Henna recipe: henna powder, beetroot powder, black tea, coffee grounds, and you can add egg, rice water, and/or yogurt. Better if cured over night. Leave on 1-6 hours depending on how saturated you want it. 6 month update: about 2-3 months ago they got a little brittle and last month they needed a change. So about 5 months of life, which is pretty on par what others are saying. I probably could have done more to keep them hydrated though. Made the mistake of not doing on unconditioned hair and they slid way too fast. Another time I put conditioner closer to roots and a bunch came out. ... show more

Hair is soft , shiny and beautiful. It lasts long & is a great price point. I had a rocky start with these extensions. They slipped out with my first wash and I had to retape & reapply. I left a negative review after & the seller was quick to rectify the issue. The second time I did it, I made sure I squished the sandwiches tightly with a plier & waited to wash my hair for a week. They lasted a month & I’m getting ready to reinstall them. I also ordered a new set. I’m glad I gave them a second chance. My hair is beautiful ... show more

Hair is beautiful and soft. There wasn’t a smell and the installation was super easy. Holds curls beautifully; the curls in the pic are from 2 days prior. I watched a million videos Before installing myself. I can’t believe I didn’t try this sooner. I will be purchasing more tape ins soon in a different color.
