  • Excellent hand inflated sleep pad for backpacking
I bought this sleeping pad for a camping trip. Initially I was taking cots but last minute I had to improvise and I did not want to spend a fortune on an alternative. The pad was easy to inflate. A couple of pumps with your foot or hand and it was ready to go. This sleeping pad has exceeded our expectations for our camping adventures! The quick inflation is a game-changer, allowing us to set up our cozy retreat in no time. Its compact design makes storage a breeze, and the clear instructions included in the box made the setup process even more straightforward. We’ve enjoyed comfortable nights under the stars, thanks to this fantastic double sleeping pad. I will use this pad on my next hiking trip on the Appalachian Trail with my boys. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a hassle-free and comfortable camping experience! I was very pleasantly surprised by this product and the price is great. I would definitely buy it again and recommend to my friends and family. I plan on buying three more for my boys to use on our next AT backpacking trip this summer. ... show more

  • Lightweight and easy to inflate
This sleeping pad packs down very small and lightweight, which is great for saving space or backpacking. Likes: - Built-in pump. This is essentially a foam-filled cavity that springs back when you step on it. It has a one-way valve, which means that all you need to do to inflate this pad is to open that valve and step on the built-in pump section, and release, repeating until filled to your liking. The pump section then just becomes part of the sleeping pad. - Held air overnight. I did a test where I inflated the pad fully, and placed weights on it. In the morning it still was fully inflated. - Comes with carrying sack and leak patches. Dislikes: - The built-in pillow is not my favorite. Keep in mind that I am very picky about pillows--my neck likes them to be a certain way. If you don't have this issue, you'll probably be happy with the sleeping pad. It is nice that it keeps you from having to carry a separate pillow. Overall a good value. ... show more

  • Comfortable Sleeping Solution for Road Camping!
During a recent road camping trip, I opted to sleep in my car at a campground instead of booking a hotel or Airbnb. The WASAGUN Camping Sleeping Pad proved to be an excellent choice for a comfortable night's rest. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the sleeping pad felt, even without using a sleeping bag—just regular blankets did the trick. The built-in pillow was a nice addition, although I found it to be a bit low for my liking. To remedy this, I simply added another pillow underneath for extra support. The ultralight design of the sleeping pad made it easy to transport and set up, and the built-in foot pump was a convenient feature that saved me from having to bring along additional equipment. However, I did notice that the sleeping pad could be a little wider, as I found myself rolling off it occasionally when turning during the night. Overall, I'm pleased with the performance of the WASAGUN Camping Sleeping Pad and look forward to trying it with a sleeping bag next time for added comfort and stability. It's a reliable option for road campers seeking a comfortable and convenient sleeping solution! ... show more

  • Great value and easy to bring anywhere
Best for back sleepers and less great for side sleepers. I found that my hip was resting on the ground while sleeping on my side, but only partially. That said, with a sleeping bag and out in the wilderness, this is so easy to carry along. The pump is extremely convenient, even though it took a while to fill, it worked! The material is durable, you won't be popping this thing easily. I'd recommend this, the value here is pretty great. If it were thicker, it'd be heavier and take longer to pump... the fact that this is so light weight and easy to use is a huge selling point. ... show more

  • Great for camping
This is a convenient camping sleeping pad. You don’t need any extra tools or pumps. You just unravel and there is a built in foot pump. Once you’re done, you just take the air out and roll up and store it. It definitely beats sleeping on the hard camping ground floors and it doesn’t take up much space at all. ... show more

  • NOT Ultralight, not even light
Having backpacked for 40+ years I have had many different camping pads. When I saw the opportunity to add another "ultralight" to the arsenal, I jumped at the chance. I noticed in the details they stated it weighed 1.6 lbs, my thought was "that is about 1/2 lbs more than anything I would consider 'ultralight.'" I decided to give it a chance thinking the 1.6 was with packaging, storage sack and repair kit. I weighed the pad without the storage sack and repair kit, I was right it was not 1.6 lbs. It weighs OVER 2 LBS. That is twice the weight of any of my ultralight pads, it also takes up more than twice the space. Please see the photos for the weight and size comparison. No one in my family will be using this for backpacking. On the flip side the pad is comfortable and in testing it out I did have a good night sleep. It is wide and distributes weight evenly, the few times I have used it it did not lose air through the night. The foot pump, in theory, is a good idea, however I quickly found it takes more energy and time to pump it all the way using it. It is much easier and faster to blow it up by mouth and then give it a couple pumps with the foot pump to top it off. So maybe kinda useful, but not worth the extra weight. If you want a car camping pad that is sturdy and comfortable, this is for you. If you want ultralight, like they advertise, I would not suggest. Pros: Sturdy, comfortable Cons: HEAVY, large, unnecessary foot pump ... show more

  • Comfy, compact, easy to use
We've tested this sleeping pad at home before a big camping trip next month. It was easy to inflate, and it's very convenient that the pump is incorporated into the pad. More importantly, it was easy to DEflate, and it rolled up nicely to fit back into its bag. The mattress felt plenty comfortable when tested on our tile floor. No strong chemical smell like we've experienced with other inflatable items. Overall a great value! ... show more

  • Spring
Small and light so that should make a comfortable cot topper and insulate against cold. lets see when it warms up a bit. Will it last the season will be the real test.
