I have now had this jug over a year. I use it five days a week it rides with me while I deliver mail in an old postal vehicle. The jug sits on the floor and well the last couple day it has been super hot 100 + and this jug held not luke warm or kind of cold water. Nope this sucker still had ice and was just as cold as day one after I forgot to bring it home and refill with ice and water. This stainless steel water bottle is insulated but not too heavy to carry using the handle! The drink spout pours water out relatively quickly, with a fast flow rate, which is nice with such a large bottle. The drink spout also has a cap that is held back out of the way and in place when you take it off to pour through the hole, so no worries about dropping or loosing the little cap! I bought this to make sure that I have extra cool water with me to refill my personal water bottle when I head out to the beach or park on a hot day! This is so cute! Summer is here and I’ve been doing hot yoga consistently; hence I want my water to be cold all day. I love my Hydrojugs and I was about to purchase their steel jug, but I couldn’t justify the price. I saw this one and I loved the overall look/ style. Especially the wide mouth, that sold me. It did come with some dirt in the bottom, which wasn’t a huge deal breaker for me. It was easy to wipe off and realistically with this light color the bottom will get dirty regardless. Ok I just got this thing and I love it so far. I work in extreme heat conditions and drinks just never stay cold for me. Well, I prepped my thermos the night before by sticking a couple cups of ice inside and threw it in the fridge. The morning of work (about 730 am) I filled it with ice and then my black tea and off to work I went. It hit 108° today here, so that means it was 115°-118° in our warehouse. (At least) I had ice cold tea all day, it's 702 pm as I'm typing this and it's still ice cold and STILL HAS ICE! I can't believe it! Definitely worth the money so far! Seems to be built rock solid, good handle and drink spout as well. Update! Second day and still has ice! After the first day, sat on my counter just to see and the next morning tea was still ice cold and had lots of ice left. Took to work without adding or doing anything. Another full day of work in high heat conditions and still came home with ice cold tea! Not much left because I drank most of it but I'm seriously impressed with this thing! ... show more

What I love about this waterbottle is how it’s constructed. I love how sturdy the handle is, how easy it is to clean, and the mouth to drink out of is just perfect. I can also put a straw in it and it still works. The one main concern of mine is how long it keeps ice and water cold. I can fill it halfway with ice, but a couple hours later most of it melts. I’m also putting decently cold water in with it so I’m not sure why it isn’t keeping the ice longer. It also sweats around the rim at first. Once I fill it up a second time in the day it doesn’t do it as bad. Slightly weird but overall I do like it. Do I think it’s worth the price? Absolutely not. It could definitely be sold $10 cheaper for sure. ... show more
