Much larger than expected but not too difficult for one person, maybe better than most my size, should be able to handle the full box up a flight of stairs, but it is a bit heavy. I used the plastic cutter included, and it unwrapped very fast laying flat on my new Metal Twin bed frame. Already it is holding a full mattress position although I have not tried it out yet to sleep on - it would be for a guest bedroom, so not for myself - may try it later, but most likely is good enough. Delivery was faster than expected and created an obstacle on delivery timing, but I was able to fix it by getting in touch with the delivery driver, so not a big deal. ... show more

I was definitely a little nervous after reading all the reviews because one would say it’s the best mattress they have ever slept on and the next would say it is the worst mattress ever haha. But I am very pleased with this mattress! I am 6ft tall, 190lb and have found this mattress to be very comfortable! It feels soft when I initially get into bed, yet it is firm enough to support my body weight. I purchased the full size mattress and can say that it is firm enough to handle my weight. I can tell, however, that the full size mattress likely won’t support much more weight than 190lbs. Sometimes it can be difficult to move once I’ve been in the same spot for a while, which is common for a memory foam mattress. As a general suggestion, I would say if you weigh over 210lbs consider buying a queen rather than a full. Last bit of advice: Let the mattress expand for the full 24 hours even though it’s tempting to sleep on it the night you get it. Also constantly pull the corners to make sure the foam is not getting bunched up and kept from expanding. My mattress expanded almost entirely within the first 30 min, but took several hours to expand the last full inch. I definitely suggest to try and be patient and just let it sit for 24 hours. In the grand scheme of things, waiting one more night to sleep on it is the best thing you could do for yourself. I recently have been waking up all throughout the night can't get comfortable then I'm tired all day. My back hurts when I first get up in the morning. Sad to say I have been looking for a new bed for about a year. Going from store to store looking and trying out beds. I was up one night and decided to look again. I stumbled upon a commercial at 2am and said huh let me Google this mattress. Read the reviews and went to Amazon and read move reviews. I decided to give it a try. I purchased my sure2sleep about 3weeks ago. I left it in the box up until 4 nights ago. Now, I'm kicking myself. I did myself a disservice,these last 4 nights I have slept like a baby. I was nervous because I kept thinking this mattress is first in a box rolled up. I truly expecting it to be awful to my surprise this was a great purchase and I would purchase it again. ... show more

Delivery and setup was good. We took it out of the box two days after received, and let it expand for three days. All good… no smell. Sadly, this mattress is more “medium” than “medium firm”. It is not firm at all. It feels squishy, and there is no support at the edges. Sleeping on it, it feels a little more supportive than expected but not supportive enough for bigger persons- 195 and 230 respectively. Comfortable enough for side sleeping- I don’t wake with hip pain, but too soft for back and side sleeping.. aggravates lower back pain. I will call to inquire how to return… not sure how that will happen . ... show more

I spent THOUSANDS of dollars on mattresses and their bought into their dumb false claims. I needed a quick fix for a mattress because we literally could not spend one more night on my awful old one. This thing is a dream. I actually sleep, I wake up with no pain. It is the best. I should add that we did put an osb sheet underneath it, so it won't sag. But that was cheap to do as well. I like the mattress. It's more firm than I expected, but it's also soft for the first couple of inches. It works well for me. No chemical smell. Inflated to 10" within a day. Been sleeping in it for about a month. So far so good.
