I bought this for small group instruction, where I needed a board (bigger than a mini hand-held white board). This worked VERY well. I was able to write on both sides and attach visuals with magnets. The quality is excellent. No smeary residue from writing. I did not utilize the “flip” feature because often I had items attached to the board with magnets, so when I needed to show the other side of the board, I just turned out around on the wheels. This whiteboard is very well designed and constructed for the price. It's maneuverable, sturdy, and comes with accessories. I rated it 5 stars even though I'm not sure if the unit I received was used or not - it arrived with a slightly damaged corner, and the whiteboard surface lacked a film protector, even though it came with a sticker advising to remove the film protector. Considering how big the product is, I opted to keep it instead of exchanging it for an identical replacement, due to the ecological cost of returning it. This whiteboard only has a few disadvantages. First, the height of the whiteboard cannot be adjusted without unscrewing the whiteboard from the support, and reattaching it at higher or lower mounting holes. I don't feel this caveat was mentioned explicitly enough in the product description. Second, the tension clip that prevents the whiteboard from rotating for reversing sides is a little noisy, because it allows the whiteboard surface to shimmy during writing. I think this can be fixed easily enough by padding the tension clip with some extra surface material, like duct tape. Not a big enough deal to irritate me, though. The last disadvantage is that product support for this whiteboard is located in China, and employs people whose grasp of English is tenuous at best. That, and they have a really weird, non-memorable domain name (hntzhwj.com). Although the company name is SUODON and they promise "100% Satisfaction Guaranty (sic)", the support personnel suggested I ask Amazon to replace the defective whiteboard, instead of them just sending me a replacement corner piece. ... show more

Assembly was relatively easy. Parts were well secured in the shipping box. The white board itself was totally fine on one side and creased on the other. No other damaged noticed.

The product was delivered almost undamaged but clearly suffered some hits because I found areas on metal bars where the paint was chipped off. You can also see a large hole in carton on the attached picture. Like others reported the surface of the whiteboard is not well attached in all areas (see pictures). I was lucky to get a relatively small region on one side of the board. I do not know whether it is possible to replace only the whiteboard but will be glad to hear it from a seller. Another issue is that the board is not stable when you write something. Despite wide legs, it moves under the pressure from a marker and I have to hold it with second hand. I have to say that it does not move so badly that prevent the use but it is, at least, distracting. I tried to lock wheels, but it does not help. The construction of the whiteboard is very good. Simple for assembly, 3 different heights of the board with nice holder. I would suggest one improvement of clearly marking the "low" and "high" bars instead of making a user to guess which is which by inspecting holes in the bars and figuring out which of the which. Shortly speaking, it is good for my use at home office but too expensive given all these small annoying misses and issues. ... show more

First, the packaging was really sturdy. I have ordered so many items which arrived slightly damaged due to packaging, but this item arrived without a scratch in spite of notable shipping damages to packaging. Second, the assembly was a snap. Less than 20 minutes once it is unpacked. Third, it is not cheaply made. Once assembled, it is very sturdy, but not so heavy as to make it less portable. Overall, the quality for the price is excellent! The only thing lacking to make it perfect would be for the whiteboard to be about 6 inches higher (or at least have an additional screw hole set to allow it to be adjusted to a greater height of 6-12 inches). I am 6 feet tall and I have to bend over a bit to get to the bottom of the board. However, this is only a very slight inconvenience. I rarely write reviews, but I could not resist with this product!! ... show more

The whiteboard is 5/5 but setting it up can be a little bit confusing because the directions don’t show the legs properly so you’ll probably make a mistake if you’re not lucky the first time around. Comes with magnets and a big paper notebook which is an added bonus. The wheels work fine and the flipping part works easily too. Erases fine with no marks left behind.
