UPDATE 12/2020 The replacement unit failed at nearly the same two year life span. Company does not stand by the “lifetime” warranty. I do not recommend Sunbelt. UPDATE 11/2018: The unit I purchased in 2016 failed in less than 2 years. Trying to have Sunbelt honor the “lifetime warranty” was a challenge, but eventually they sent me a replacement. The replacement they sent is much cheaper and a lot less efficient. First unit I purchased which failed has a radiator width of 1.25” thick (similar to OEM). The warranty replacement radiator they sent me now is only a 1” thick. This is a bait and switch tactic. Due to the short lifespan, disappointing cheap quality, and headache of dealing with their customer service and hassle of having to do the job all over again with an inferior unit I do NOT recommend. ORIGINAL REVIEW 12/2016: Perfect fit for a 2007 Dodge Ram Hemi! Be aware that this does not come with the rubber mounting bushings used on the top bolts or rubber bumper standoff on the bottom, but these typically do not wear out. So make sure you salvage your old ones for this new install. Overall this is a real easy install for a DIY'r on a Dodge Ram and the price is reasonable. Don't overpay for a so called premium radiator when in the end you won't notice any difference. The quality on this one from Sunbelt appears better than OEM, especially around the top of frame.     • slight adjustment needed
Just had to do a slight adjustment to get it to fit but it's working great! The upper mount on drivers side, I had to enlongate the hole horizontally 1/4" so that I could put the mounting bolt in and it didn't put stress on the radiator. Everything else fit perfect.

The radiator was an exact match for my 07 dodge ram 1500 4x4. Didn't not come with rubber bushings so recycle your old ones. Packaging could be improved, first on came broken due to being bounced around inside OD its box. No hassle replacement from a very considerate and well managed company.

Installed on a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 5.7 motor. Had to modify the bracket on the power steering cooler to attach to the bottom on the radiator. Also, the threads to attached the fan guard to the radiator were to small. Had to change this as well. This was supposed to be an exact fit and it was not. ... show more

Looked good, delivered on time - for 08 Ram 1500 (5.7 Hemi) - as mentioned by others, mounts were tight - didn't modify (rubber grommet). Power Steering cooler mount location (on new - 1.000" channel) was too small - had to modify PS cooler mounts to fit. Also shroud mount clips were wrong size for existing hardware - so I had to use the ones from the old radiator. ... show more

    • Radiator works well but the oil cooler bracket cut outs ...
Radiator works well but the oil cooler bracket cut outs were not made in the bottom of the radiator and I had to modify it to make it fit because of that. The j nuts for the shroud were also the wrong size. 2007 laramie
