To put it simply; this is the only body wash I feel comfortable using "down there"... In the past, if ANY soap touched between the lips, I could expect some itching and Monistat to follow. I would stand in the shower and holler out "DAMMIT!!!" as soon as some suds went where it wasn't supposed to. Why it took me so long to realize I didn't have to suffer, I couldn't say. Better late than never. Because now I'm married to this body wash. First: It can safely be used down there and elsewhere. No irritation. It brings me so much joy to know I can intentionally put soap there, and suffer no consequences. Second: The odor elimination isn't exaggerated. You WILL NOT emit any odors. Ok, when it says a cool burst of freshness, it means it. The smell is to die for. It is soft and luxurious when washing with it. The cool part though....it was literally shocking! I wasn't expecting a very apparent cooling feeling across my WHOLE body when I washed with this. I assumed a cool burst of freshness was more like a scent or something stupid. But no, this cool burst is actually a cooling feeling/sensation that is very strong. Now, it's not like Icey hot or anything, but you will definitely feel it. If you move around a lot either cleaning house, running after toddlers or actually playing sports and sweat a lot THIS is what you need! I have sensitive skin so I used to only use the sensitive version of summers eve, but I gave this a try and works great on my sensitive skin.. you do get a burst of coldness “down there” but it subsides. Works all day I even use it in my underarms after I’ve used soap. Def recommend if you are someone who sweats alot or just wants to feel the freshness all day! Also I’ve used it after I’ve shaved down there and it’s helped to not get any razor burn ... show more

I usually hate peppermint flavoring or scent, but this is peppermint scent and will leave you feeling fresh, no matter if you worked out or just sweaty from the heat or have thicker thighs and sweaty no matter what you do and cant stop being sweaty in that area. Fells cooling and refreshed, but if you have irritation from shaving or from yeast then you will have a slight burning sensation but afterwards it will be numbed from the peppermint and will have a relief from the itching. This did not work for me. It felt like my girl was burning. I'm sure it was the peppermint. It may work for you, but my girl did not appreciate it on her sensitive parts
