The dress is beautiful in the photo. Not so much in real life. I ordered navy blue, color is royal blue. Quality is poor (which, I guess, should have been expected for under $15). It definitely runs small. Where I am the most disappointed is with my attempt to return the dress. Vendor offered a 30% refund and I can keep the dress. Why would I want to keep a dress that I don't want??? ... show more
