  • Took a chance and was satisfied
Style: 3Dmicro Color: Black
Being a recently new father of my 4th child I've been around the block on items for the kids and what to carry around. My past mistakes were buying the biggest items that were not travel friendly in the best terms. This time I decided to take a chance on this product even though there were no reviews and it being a brand new item. We wanted something compact with versatility. Upon arrival I was very impressed with its compact design after the unboxing. It literally came in a bag right out of the box already in it's most compact form. I'll move into the meat and potatoes of this review. Pros: lightweight This thing is light. 10 pounds on the scale with the bag on. My mom had back surgery and cant lift any more than 15-20 pounds. This stroller was perfect for her to tote around and carry short distances. Ease of assembly Upon removal of the bag it has both front wheels loose and not connected. Not to fret though as the assembly was literally a couple snaps away. Just insert and listen for the audible click of the locking mechanism that hold them in place. They are removable in case they break and are in need of new wheels. First unhook the strap by the handles pull the center locking mechanism straight and pull it upright. You will know you did it right by the green indication located on the bottom center portion of the frame on each side. Boom that easy!! Take down isn't too hard either. Push the buttons on the handle down and slide handles all the way in. Push button in the center between the handles so that it isn't locking the handles apart from each other. Next pull the triggers under the handles and push all the way forward. Dont forget the strap and you're done. Sounds like a lot but once you see it in person it's pretty simple. Adjustable handles If you didnt pick up on the previous paragraph, it has adjustable hands grips 3 convenient adjustments for the tall, the inbetweens, and your little helpers. They seem to be 6 in. Extension from the lowest setting and up to about 12in at its max. Storage space Underneath the baby section it has a little basket for the diaper bag essentials. Canopy Compared to other brands I found that the canopy on this one extended out quite a bit. My little one actually didnt need it too much as he was lounging in his stroller under some trees. However when we rode into the sunset (in the garage to go inside) the canopy did pretty well in blocking out the sun. 5 point restraining harness Just in case dad wants to race your precious bundle under intense pressure of finishing across Talladega or le mans while proudly waving the stars and bars with the crowd cheering in the back ground as they get a nod from Danica Patrick, Jeff Gordon, Mario Andretti, Jr., Lightening McQueen, and Mr. "The king" (Dinoco car in first movie). Just as Dale Earnhardt let's down a ray of sunshine on the first place podium that the father(or S.O.) of your children and said child are standing on!! Sorry lost track of my thoughts. Lol father of 4 growing and eat-everything boys. Those are pretty much the highlights. The cons I am about to list arent necessarily too bad and few if any. Cons 1.My biggest pet peeve would probably be the adjustable handles. Once all the way down they dont lock into place. They only lock at the mid level and highest level settings. This is a small problem for people on the go. Once collapsed all the way down the handles slide up when trying to stuff it back in the bag. It could be a hassle if you're in a big hurry. Not a deal breaker but not practical in certain situations. 2. Shoulder straps The shoulder straps are not that sturdy. In fact, when he moves they move and slip off his shoulders. Not exactly looking forward to seat belt burns as your little one is doing burnouts with family members. 3.Luggage area The space for a diaper bag is pretty small. I'm glad this came with one and we normally travel with a back pack and not a full size baby bugout bag. I would suggest of being wary of that on purchase. 4. Seatbelts harness I know most strollers come with a plastic seat belt with button to lock into place. The over the shoulder portion had plastic hooks that hooked on to the lap belt to button altogether. Not much of a fan on that but again not a deal breaker. I would say as a suggestion for the engineers to find a away to include a way to fight against the elements. Mosquito net, additional travel bag, rain cover, cupholders. I know I could probably find all of this items elsewhere but I would have been wowed if they included such items or I was able to get them in one place. Other than those few things it's pretty cool and my little one really enjoyed it. Didnt get too hot and was very comfortable all smiles to prove it. ... show more

  • Would recommend
Style: 3Dmicro Color: Black
I really liked this stroller. I almost have it a 5 star. Below are some pros and cons so you can make an informed decision. PROS: 1) The 3Dmicro is easy to fold and unfold. 2) I took it out of the box, unfolded it, popped the front wheels on (without look at the instructions) and it was ready to go. 3) It’s super duper lightweight and comes with a carrying bag. 4) Space saver! I have a small car, so space is at a premium in my life rn. CONS: 1) When I took it out for its maiden voyage it felt kinda wobbly. I guess that comes with the territory when looking for a super compact foldable stroller. 2) A few times I noticed the front wheels weren’t making 100% contact with the ground 100% of the time. Overall, I’m happy with it and won’t be returning it. Also for reference my son pictured in the stroller is between 29-31 pounds. ... show more

  • The "recline" on 3d Micro is a JOKE.
Style: 3Dmicro Color: Black
Summer 3D Micro stroller is indeed sturdy and compact! That gets 5 stars from me. Love the adjustable handles, too! Unfortunately, despite all my research and digging for answers here and posting questions with the Amazon community, I got duped to think this stroller reclines. Check out the pictures I've shared. Notice there is zero difference between the "not reclined" position and the "most reclined" position. The claim that this stroller reclines is laughable. Rating bumped down to mediocre at 2.5stars. Obviously, if you don't need a stroller that reclines at all, then you might favor this stroller with high regard. Otherwise, buyers beware. ... show more

  • Good for quick use, but not rougher sidewalks
Style: 3Dmicro Color: Black
Update: used this a few times, and noticed that with each use it was a little harder to setup and take down. Went to Costco and it would not setup, after an examination noticed that the lower arm that locks the base into place was no longer connected and broken. I have returned this as I have had it for less than 3 months and have only used it a handful of times. Based off of experience and frustration, this is not a good stroller for anything other than completely smooth sidewalks and concrete. So if you go to a swap meet, farmers market, county fair, this is not recommended. Easy to use, light weight. Not all the wheels spin, which while in use makes it look cheap but nit to worried as this is just for use to get her in day care and back and traveling where big jogging stroller not needed. I recommend if you are looking for a transport stroller and have limited space. It is not a smooth ride and baby will feel every nook and cranny in sidewalk/road. ... show more

  • Lightweight, easy to fold stroller
Style: 3Dmicro Color: Black
Lightweight, easy to fold stroller. Much smaller and lighter than my Graco travel system which is better for NYC tiny apartment living. I like that it fits into a little bag making it easier to carry down three flights of stairs with a baby in my arms. The only thing I don’t like is that the top isn’t big enough to block the sun. I guess it’s a good thing I bought baby sunglasses? Also, wish it had a cup holder but it’s not that big of a deal. ... show more

  • Terrifyingly terrible
Style: 3Dmicro Color: Black
Extremely light and portable when the damn thing actually folds. It will take a few try to get this thing folded right. Because of its extreme shallow build to maximize its portability, the chassis is very weak which makes it difficult to maneuver because the whole thing just twists rather than turning. And folding... well, please let me tell you. Do not waste your time with this thing. I returned it before I almost broke the thing out of anger while trying to fold it. ... show more

  • Love the size! Flimsy and wheels are too small.
Style: 3Dmicro Color: Black
I absolutely love the size and weight of this stroller. What I didn't care for are the small wheels that don't roll smooth on an uneven sidewalk. Danger! Stroller is so light that I almost dumped my granddaughter out and fell on top of her due to a 1-2" lip on the sidewalk. It needs bigger wheels. There is just not enough support to the Stroller. Feels flimsy. ... show more
