I bought this to hang over the edge of a piece of furniture. The bureau behind our new dog crate was going to be damaged when doggie got excited and moved the crate into it. I got the blush color and it is very nice. The length of 40" is perfect and I am sure the bureau will now be protected from damage by the wire crate. The rug is very soft, it can be washed and dryed by machine. I am going to use the second one I bought for the floor of the backseat in my car. My dog prefers to lie on the floor when she takes car rides and this should be a nice soft bed for her. I saved 5% by buying two at a time. The backing seems very grippy so I might buy more in smaller sizes to use in the bathroom. I actually just realized the different sizes available mean I might find one to fit Inside the dog crate. Would be much easier to wash than taking the cover off the dog bed. ... show more

I’ve had these for a while. I love the thickness, the color and the absorbency. But the backing does not hold up to machine washing, at least not in a top load agitating machine. Most of it has shredded. I still use them because otherwise they still look good.

The rug itself was just what I wanted. It was soft and a great feel to it. But unfortunately the blue was darker than it showed online and I will return it for that reason.

These rugs felt luxurious and made my bathroom look so fresh and cohesive. It was difficult to retrieve anything that might fall into the strands of the rug because they are so long. And they do seem to pull out rather easily. My real issue came up when they were washed the first time — no crazy chemicals or high speed tumble dry — but they promptly fell apart. The edging basically came unstitched and it’s now too late to return them. Today Me would say to the Past Me: Maybe spend a little more and get something that lasts… or be prepared to get out the ol’ sewing machine. ... show more

    • Nap is not standing up to wear

I bought these because they were the right size for my room, the right color for my color scheme, and they are non-slip. However, as time goes by, the nap and texture of the rug is not wearing well. They look old and tired. I will replace them soon, but I will look for a different brand.
