I am fairly new to sublimation and this printer was a breeze to setup and assemble. It prints consistent and beautiful prints and does not waste a lot of ink. I purchased this printer 2 months ago. I have printed 75 full sheets of transfers for tote bags, slates, mugs, and magnets. I have printed photos and full color images, and the ink level is still at approximately 80% for all colors. The images come out crisp, and the colors are accurate. The printer was easy to setup. Once I started using the printer and doing transfers, I noticed the colors were not printing exactly right and there was a shift in rendering accurate colors. I did a LOT of research and tried multiple setting to correct the issue. Burnt through an entire box plus of transfer paper to no avail. I have contacted both Epson and seller as well as Amazon. Epson refers back to seller to handle warranty. Seller advised to request a return but because outside of 30 day window, the system won't allow so they contacted seller to request a return and were denied. Amazon opened a "A-Z Guarantee" claim which was denied because the product was sold and shipped directly from the seller. When I sent another message to seller stating Amazon requested a return but they denied, I was told they never denied anything. I am out $424.99 with a printer that is faulty, a "warranty" that no one will honor and companies that just play the blame game. DO NOT BUY SOMETHING LIKE THIS FROM A THIRD PARTY! - Outside of these issues, the printer was relatively easy to set up and get started with on mac. ... show more

It was super easy to setup and the print quality is outstanding. Once you install the print drivers, just be sure to select the correct color profile to ensure the color accuracy is spot on.

I have been using it. I do not think the color quality is what I wanted. I am using it for Mugs, tumblers, and cups for now. I was not happy with the print colors for shirts so I ordered a DTF printer for better quality. The printer operations are great, easy to set up, and I have it with 2 other printers on my computer. Can switch back and forth easy. Wished I could figure out how to get the color sharper. ... show more
