Prior to this pencil, I had a different iPad pencil dupe that I needed to plug in to charge and the battery life drained so quickly. So top feature I was looking for this time around was wireless charging. I love that this iPad pencil charges wirelessly on my iPad so I never have to worry about charging it. There is a little circle button on the top that you can use to back out of apps, etc and that’s an awesome feature and very useful as well. There’s a light around the circle button that lights up different colors to indicate battery life, but mine mostly stays on green. I’ve used the pencil for an extended period of time (about 2 hours) and only then did it turn yellow, so pretty awesome battery life. It fits comfortably in my hand and is easy to use and write with. This pencil writes very easily and precisely. I cannot be bothered with Apple prices for an actual Apple Pencil and I’ve never had one so not even sure what features they boast, but you’d be crazy not to save $ and get this one instead! I have been using this pen for several weeks now on my iPad Mini 6 for everything from just scrolling and reading to writing notes and photo editing. The accuracy and quality are excellent! I have no idea how I have lived without it to this point. It magnets so handily to the side of my ipad and charges quickly.
