It worked right out of the box and when it works it’s great. The 5 extra tips are nice to have as backup. But when the blue LEDs go out, it’s not intuitive how to turn it on. I’ve read on Amazon to tap the back twice. This advice was wrong and feeds frustration. Feedback to the company, please put a sticker on the pen with directions on how to turn on. It may reduce the number of returns and negative feedback. Reading the tiny text on the instruction booklet prevented my returning the 2 pens I purchased. ... show more

    • Stylus tips do not last; pens aren't very durable
I bought a class set of 28 styluses for my students to use with their Ipads. The styluses came with extra tips, but I'm constantly replacing the tips. They crack, wear out way too quickly, or sometimes, they just won't work. I'm now almost out of tips, and we made it just over half the school year. Also, the styluses work well, when working, but I thought the they would last longer. Some will no longer charge. Durability is a big issue. Overall, a very disappointing purchase given the amount of money I spent. ... show more
