I purchased this item and received it quickly. However, it had a problem. It could not be manually turned off. It did shut off after 5 minutes of non use. I emailed JINGON Direct. They responded rapidly and immediately offered to replace the item, which they did. They have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one likes problems, but what is important is how is the problem handled.     • Good Stylus, But Needs Some Improvement(Flash Purchase)

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this Stylus during a flash sale as a back up for my Apple OEM Pencil. After having some issues with it and contacting customer support, they were able to assist with my issue. I will list the good and bad things about this stylus for anyone interested in purchasing. IF anything changes I will update my review accordingly! Pro's: 1. The battery will last at least 6 and a half hours IF YOU CHARGE THE STYLUS properly! This is NOT a "Charge it once for 60 minutes" for first time use type product. This MUST be done EVERYTIME you charge the stylus. Set an Alarm for 60 minutes, plug it in, and when it's done you're good to go. Once again, this MUST BE charged for 60 minutes EVERYTIME you have to CHARGE THE STYLUS! 2. Customer Support Customer support responds at an extremely fast response time, often the same day you message them about any issues you may have or questions. They are very clear and willing to try to solve any issues you may find yourself experiencing with the product. 3. 18 month warranty! Now for the Cons: 1. I DO NOT APPRECIATE the automated e-mail that is kicked out to the CUSTOMERS claiming that the warranty can be extended from 18 months to a Lifetime Warranty. It is not only annoying, but highly disappointing. So if you buy this stylus and you get an automated e-mail, just know that you cannot upgrade your warranty. 2. Nibs This Stylus comes with 1 nib already installed and 4 replacement nibs. There is no option to purchase extra nibs for this as of this time. As someone who writes(a lot), isn't heavy handed, and has a normal screen protector--this is one of the most annoying things about this purchase. I have used this for a total of five days(total hours combined from writing sessions) and the nib that came installed on it already has several rough spots on it. Basically, the nibs seem to wear down incredibly fast. I don't expect the nib to last an entire month and I'm writing as light as I possibly can on my tablet. Once the option to purchase extra nibs is available or they improve the nibs on this product, I will update my review. Until then this isn't a horrible replacement for an OEM Stylus/Pencil/Pen. It has the potential to be a 5 star replacement with these options fixed. Side Note: Customer Service said if i ran out of nibs they would send me a new stylus with a nib on it to solve the problem when it arrives. ... show more

Pencil does work with the iPad Air 5. No need to sync with Bluetooth, just turn it on touching the end for a couple of seconds and it's ready. It does have a little weight to it, not much like the Windows Surface pen but not as light as the Samsung pencil, so something in between. I'm not an artist so I haven't used it extensively, but the screen responds immediately when writing or doodling. It is not pressure sensitive but it does make a thicker line when using at an angle, it's not gradual though, it's either thin or thick. Obviously it depends on the app you are using. Palm rejection works, just set this in the iPad's Settings to draw only with Apple Pencil (or any clone). It comes on a nice little box with some replacement tips and a small charging cable. Speaking of charging, it does NOT charge when attached to the iPad like the original Apple Pencil, you need to connect it using the included or any micro USB type C cable and a charging block. I haven't timed the charging but I'd say it takes less than an hour. Also be aware that the magnets holding it aren't very strong (if you try shaking it like in some videos with other pencils, this one will fall very easily) so you have to use a good case to secure it so you don't loose it. Something funny though is that the magnets don't align with the iPad's magnets so when attached it's off centered, this means that the pencil is too high almost blocking the volume buttons or way to close to the bottom edge (see pics). Lukily it holds perfectly on the case I'm using. Like I mentioned I'm not an artist so I don't use it for long periods of time so I can't say if the tip scratches the iPad's surface, besides I'm using a screen protector and I suggest you do the same. I highly recommend this pencil to anyone on a budget that doesn't have the need for the high end features the original Apple Pencil 2 provides, if all you need is to take notes and maybe doodling now and then, or even just coloring, get this. ... show more

    • Already Having Issues After 10 Days

The media could not be loaded. Firstly, this product is advertised as having an average battery life of 12 hours. This is not true. Right out of the box, battery life was at most 2-3 hours. I received the stylus 11 days ago and have used it about every other day for a few hours. I've been taking notes for two 50-minute lectures on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, just to let you know how much I've been using it. At first, everything worked fine. It's compatible with my iPad. It did not lag. Though, even after the first use, it died after consecutively taking notes on two lectures (so about 2 hours). However, now it keeps skipping while I am writing, and I can not write with it smoothly. The product may be defective or just cheaply made. It works at times, but then will randomly stop working or will skip in the middle of writing. It's annoying to use and has really become unusable. Edit: I've bought an Apple Pencil, and I'm returning this. The Apple Pencil is much better and writes smoothly. This stylus is garbage. Luckily, it started acting up within the 30-day return/refund period. Otherwise, it would have been a waste of money. DO NOT BUY! ... show more
