It holds a charge for several days and charges super quickly with any USB-C type charger I have laying around (charger was included). It’s designed well. It has a good weight and feel in my hand. Has withstood a few unprotected drops. It used to write chunkier in the One Note App, but seems like that was a software thing because now it writes flawlessly across any app I use. Yeah, I have absolutely no idea why you would buy a $130 Apple Pencil over this. This has worked perfectly for me, and I'm using it every single day for 4-6 hours a day. Pros: - writes flawlessly - palm detection works great - never has connection issues - great price and comes with multiple pen tips - charge lasts a long time and is easy to charge Cons: - if the battery of both your iPad and the pen are extremely low, then it may lag I really don't think you'll find a difference between the two products if you just want something to write on your iPad with, except the price is much more reasonable for this brand. ... show more

With so many of these pens available, it can be difficult to decide on which to buy. I bought this one and am very glad that I did: it is excellent in every way. It charges fast, it holds the charge even through lots of use, and instead of just a single light to tell you if you have power (which is generally pretty obvious anyway), it has three which shows you how much power you have and when to recharge, rather than only letting you know after it has run out. This is a terrific pen. Functionally it works great, fine control, easy glide over surface, and has a great magnet to stay on the side when not in use. I used to be constantly digging in my chair cushions to find my prior pens. One last thing, it seems minor but its not, it has an actual button at the top so you KNOW when you have turned it on. Great product. I need to update my review. This pen is even better than I described. After a week of use, I needed to recharge it. The lights did exactly as intended and alerted me to the low charge before it became an issue. So I plugged it in, and it had a full charge in less than 15 minutes. Amazing. I REALLY like this pen. Another update, after a month, I hate to sound like a novice, but this pen is so good that I am actually having fun using it. I have had others and they were nowhere near as functional as this pen. It charges so fast that I don’t even concern myself with it. It will be recharged before I have even completed what I am working on. And it holds the charge for days of work. This pen works well. It was easy to pair. Paired it very easily the first time and it continues to connect every time. The iPad is responsive to the pen. The pen charges quickly and holds a charge for multiple days use. The pen feels like quality and it feels similar to the original apple pen.

Got an IPad & wanted to draw with procreate - after seeing the price of the Apple Pencil, I hesitantly bought this one expecting hiccups or problems because of the low price tag. I’ve had 0 issues - charges in 10 minutes, stays charged for HOURS, works great for drawing, absolutely love it.
