This shop was AMAZING to work with. I went back and forth a few times with them regarding the size, ended up sending my measurements using the form they have in the item description. Lucy, who was responding to my messages was helpful, and so prompt to respond each time. I did choose expedited shipping due to the timeline, but even then my dress was delivered sooner than anticipated. There were a few strings to cut off from the lace when the dress arrived, but this was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. 1000000/10 would order again from this shop. This dress looks very cheap if you are a curvy person this will not fit. The dress stopped at my hips, order 2 sizes up if you are curvy. I returned the dress and haven’t received my refund so know that you love this dress

All I can say is WOW!! This dress is absolutely STUNNING!!! Do not waste money on name brand wedding shops. I had originally ordered a dress from David’s bridal for which I paid approximately $1,800. I then came across wedding dresses on Amazon and decided to order a few. MY GOODNESS was I shocked by the quality of these dresses!!! This dress was my absolute favorite and it was soooo similar to the one I had originally purchased from David’s bridal. Looking at the size chart on here, I was a size 24. Which I thought was a bit too big. I decided to order a size 22 and that was still a bit big. I then ordered a size 20 with customized length (I’m 5’9), and the dress was perfect all the way around (I’m normally a size 16/18)!! Just keep in mind that customized dresses cannot be returned. I also had my dress steamed and cleaned at the dry cleaners which beautifies the dress even more. The only problem I had ordering with this company is that their return policy says “free returns”, but when you try returning from the US, it’s almost $200 to return back to China. Luckily, they also have a warehouse out in the US which is where I returned the size 22 dress that I first ordered. I did contact Amazon and fought this one because I don’t think it’s right for them to advertise “free returns”, but not follow that policy when it comes to actually making the return. I’m still going to give the dress itself a 5 star to be fair, because it really was worth what I paid. It’s actually EXTREMELY cheap for the quality. It made me feel so beautiful, the customer service was excellent, the price is amazing and the fact that you can do custom measurements eased so many of my worries! This dress is gorgeous, but it runs small. It stated it was true to size and I’m normally a 6/8 depending on brand, so I went with an 8. I couldn’t zip it all the way up and the buttons above the zipper on the back were no where near each other. The dress is long, but it’s okay with my short height (5’3) because of the leg slit & almost looks like a train. It came with a sticky bra, there was zero sewn in padding, if you don’t want a sticky bra you’d need nip covers since it’s just lace up top. I was bummed, but loved it so much I decided to return it and try again. Update: the sellers were so nice and helpful in returning my original dress. They sent me the info to their US warehouse which saved me a lot of money in shipping cost to send it back. I was originally going to go up from a size 8 to 12, but they let me know they could make me a dress with my measurements at no extra charge - I just wouldn’t be able to return it if I did that. I decided to give it a try & crossed my fingers it would all work out. I received my custom dress today & it fits great! I’m SO relieved & SO thankful that I found this beautiful dress at this price for my upcoming wedding. Less than $100, you really can’t beat that for the quality. I just had my wedding & this dress turned out perfectly for our little ceremony. Our families commented on how beautiful it was & couldn’t believe where I purchased it from! ... show more
