It's a great length but I didn't measure to see if it was a true 20". It may not be. There was a lot of wasted hair clumps but I only used 3 out of the 4 bundles so over all it isn't a bad deal. I'm not sure it's avoidable to have a lot of clumps of excess hair because it's hard to get the length of kinky hair. ITS NOT 4C. It's more like a 3c. ... show more

I bought 20 inches and got my hairdresser to braid it in. I plan to start interlocking it into dreads. She complimented the hair alot and even though the strands were not all 20 inches, I was able to get some length with my braids.

The hair is nice quality! Very natural. Soft and matches my hair texture perfectly. I will continue to use this hair. The downside, it is not even, therefore you will lose a lot of it. My friend and I know how to handle good and bad hair, so we work it just fine and used every bit of it. I did kinky twist, therefore putting pieces together will still give you that nice kinky look. The 1B looks a little too brown in my opinion. It's feels so natural on your head, light and easy. Expensive! But I love it. One 4 pieces in a pack didn't give me a full enough look because I did big twist, so I ordered another pack for the back, shorter lenghth. I recommend buying this hair. REALLY REALLY THE BEST.
